Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Florida Democrat, submitted her resignation as a member of the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. According to the floor of the House:
The House received a communication from the Honorable Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Ms. Wasserman Schultz submitted her resignation from the Committee on the Judiciary. The resignation was accepted without objection.
Rep. Wasserman Schultz still serves as a member of the House Budget Committee, Chief Deputy Whip for the minority, as well as Chair to the Democratic National Committee.

Another Scandal involving an Obama disciple?
Would the Solyndra execs get dragged before the Judiciary Commission for testimony or would they go before a different Committee?
If I was a Democrat I would not want to be anywhere near that mess.

If my wife’s two poodles liked like her, they would be pound poodles real quick.
No one leaves a plum assignment like the Judiciary Committee without good cause and the ethics violation mentioned earlier is both pretty minor and, even if pursued, won’t go away simply because she resigned the committee.
My guess is that they have someone else in mind for the seat and a less than honorable purpose behind the replacement. Stay tuned.

I wonder what her other reasons are for leaving that powerful committee? I would think furthering the prosecuition of Harriet Miers and Joshua Bolton from the Bush 43 Administration would be a cherry far too sweet to leave behind... I wonder what motivated her.
When she talks, she sounds like she has a mouth full of marzipan.
besides seeing the freeloading family out of our house I want to see Wasserman out and send her packing back up north

Debbie already has an opponent who got 38% of the vote against her in the last election. Debbie is ripe for defeat, as Hussein will be wrapped around her neck like an albatross in 2012.
