Frankly, I don’t think she would announce so close to that stalker author and his accusations about her sex life and marriage having been leaked out to the press. Too close in proximity to make a Presidential announcement. If she is going to do it at all, I would expect it to be the end of the month. If she promised to do it on this radio show, today isn’t the only day she has to go on the show. She could just as easily go on it two weeks from now. Doubt she will run.
I was agreeing more with the “poser” comment, LOL

Subtle and funnier than heck. LOL!
You know, if Perry and Palin ended up on the same ticket... all this snarkiness could make you look like a jackass. Just sayin’
Not all Perry supporters... I have friends here on FR that support Perry and we can disagree and remain friends... however some of these people...

It doesn’t matter where and if she runs, she could announce it from a street corner standing on a soap box.
It would become the top story across the country so no place is inconsequential or lame.
But she may run, she sees Michele Bachmann dropping in the polls and exhibiting desperation and she has run to her defense against Perry, to no avail.
She also sees the Tea Party become weaker because of politicians using the organization for political purposes which, in it’s origins, was a PURE grass roots movement sans politicians of either party.
I could embrace an Obama re-election, if it is coupled with a conservative take-over of Congress. Congress makes the laws, and Congress can impeach and remove a president.
Not that I wish for an Obama re-election, just that I view a properly-functioning Congress (which we do not have) as more influential, by far, on economic and domestic policy, than the president.
In fact, a weak president puts pressure on Congress, to function.
Amen, bro. This is WW II. You support anyone fighting you-know-who. Hussein absolutely must be defeated, and I'll take anyone---Ron Paul, Sarah Palin, Rick Perry, even the Mittster. We cannot survive as a nation four more years of Hussein.
“Good, ‘cause I ain’t lookin’ to buy a bill of goods.”
Playing dumb, too, because you’ve been SELLING horseclinton.
Welcome to FR.
Looks like we’ve bagged another one.

Personally I have seen no police action by those that are content Perry supporters so...
Hillbuzz makes a good point. She probably doesn’t want to appear in the debates quite yet, while Perry has his ankle halfway down his own throat and she’ll be in Korea for the October card.
So I’ll forecast that she appears with B&M and tells them that she’s that morning informed Fox that she is looking seriously enough at a bid to resign, and that she’ll appear publicly next weekend at...

I agree, and already said something to the effect that she might be dumping on her stalker, which is more in character at this time.
Oceander might have made an assertion as to what s/he might do if she actually won the nomination, but his splashy over the top Perry posts belie his/her true intentions.
Clever to bash Palin supporters rather than Palin, but not clever enough.
I guess you think Brian Williams, Chris Wallace, MSNBC, CNN, Shep Smith, Diane Sawyer et al, are not lame?
IMHO if Palin and Perry end up our ticket, the left will be unable to defeat them.
Strongest GOP ticket in generations.
I can fully understand and appreciate the sentiment, but at the same time, I think the overall situation is dire enough that replacing Obama with a "squish" Republican won't fix what needs to be fixed in time to avert disaster, and then Republicans and conservatives will take the blame.
Therefore, there are some in the GOP, such as Romney, that I can't vote for under any circumstances, and others, like Perry, whom I'm still not sure about.
One thing is certain -- Palin has the drive, ability, and experience in cleaning house, which in my mind makes her uniquely qualified among the announced and potential GOP contenders.
Heh. I see a HUGE difference between those two.
-- Palin would immediately, alter the political landscape. --
She's altered it already, with help from TEA Party types who are in the process of upsetting the existing "balance of power" in Congress.
