Thank you for your post. This is an important discovery. The Obama administration suspended the well with the 2010 drilling moratorium, and re-issued permission to restart a year later. The delay cost several tens of millions of dollars.

Who’s supposed to be watching over this to make sure safety doesn’t go to hell like it did in the BP drill?
