He did sound as if he already had his talking points laid out before she even gave the speech.

Ah, glad I was watching the live feed then; saved my blood pressure. Apparently Wolfie baby wasn’t paying attention on Saturday. He’s a dumbkoff.

I recall reading somewhere that many of our former Presidents including Abe Lincoln had very high pitched voices and probably could not win in todays sound-byte era. Sarah is getting better though I have to admit.

Well then, still doesn’t add up.

They’re the news leader. She’s been
in their circle for awhile, one of
them.

This non-reportage is very stunningly
obvious, and Roger Ailes isn’t known
for being sloppy.

There has to be a reason... either internal
dynamic shift purposely or maybe she
requested or they chose less coverage from
them to block media favoritism complaints.

Something has caused this change ..

This computer won’t allow popups.

I use a quick loading browser primarily for such websites/streams: QTWeb.

It is a good small-footprint browser, works well with most streams, etc.

All of her ‘speech has so many aspects to it’. That is why the media and politicos have so much trouble figuring them out and just go with the sound bytes that serve their agenda. Some thoughtful writers come out days later with agreement on subject matter after they’ve had time to digest the speech. Other candidates then copy her points.

Fox is not broadcasting her because she is still under contract with them.

The opinions expressed are probably not the same as Fox management. I don’t think that they control much of the talk and opinion.

They are so in the tank and the sad part is that they are not even ashamed of it.

True, however Onyx made these points as well (post 307):

“whenever they talk about her, it’s negative or snarky...

The hiring of Perry’s Pollster for that latest poll which included that fallacious question was the last straw”

Oh, you’re right! I forgot about that line.

Believe me that would resonate with the geezer crowd, of which I'm a member.

She was trying to speak in a very windy situation. I don't honestly think she screeched. But she WAS fighting wind.

If ya just agree with nitpickers they go away. ;-)

Both have books for sale.

LOL. Books are wholly different from the person selling political favors, but you knew that.

CNN at the moment is the only network that seems to get it (did i just type that..oy).

FOX has jumped the shark IMO. Its now MSNBC lite.

Again, she shines the light on the MESSAGE, on the Tea Party, not on herself.

Her MESSAGE gets the attention for now.

I’m thinking she’ll announce in Florida.

I’d respectfully suggest another possibility.

MSNBC is flat leftwing.

Fox is turning into the RINO News Network. Crony Capitalism.

"I support Sarah Palin because she supports me."

That's a bumper sticker phrase! .......... Can I use it? :O)

No...we are hundreds of miles away from the active fires down towards Austin right now, thank God. Those poor people...it’s just awful.
We just live in an area that is a high danger zone because of the terrain, trees, grass, etc. I get nervous everytime the fire threat level goes up. Another bad thing today is that the wind is blowing straight towards our neighborhood and there is a big nature area that I always worry about just a few blocks north. We live on the side of a very wooded hillside too.

Thanks for your prayers though...our whole state needs them right now. At least it cooled off in recent days. What little moisture we put out doesn’t immediately evaporate anyway.
