If all they have is his testimony and some of her DNA in his sleeping bag, that is not enough to convict. If they have any other evidence, it’s a different story.

I always heard that female gym teachers were gay. The one we had in JR high was clearly gay. Never heard any bad stuff about her and the girls, but a couple of girls did mention that the teacher seemed to linger a little longer near the showers that they thought appropriate.

This started nine years ago when this teacher was in her early thirties and probably much hotter, not that she's that bad for a 40 year old now.

Hmmm, this is an interesting one. The key thing to remember here is that the “events” started 9 years ago, and so this decent-looking 40 year old lady (today) probably was pretty hot back then. So, given the time factor, I will have to pronounce her NOT GUILTY.

There are a couple of ways to look at this.

Her l;awyers say she was charged in 2008 and it took this long to bring her to trial.
Thats too long, case dismissed.

I don’t know why she doesn’t simply say the kid is lying and she is not guilty.

If the kid was truly suicidal and having sex with this teacher kept him alive she is a heroine.
Let’s see how far that gets her.

Anyway the lawyer is right everyone is entiotled to a fair trial in a fair amount of time. Waiting 3 years is too long for her to have to face a trial.
