He won $3 million, but his luck ended there.
An illegal immigrant was scammed out of a massive lottery jackpot by the man who ran the Rockland County store where the victim bought his winning scratch-off ticket, prosecutors said yesterday.
The alleged lottery crook told the winner that illegal aliens can't claim lottery prizes -- and that if the victim tried to collect his $3 million in winnings, he would be deported.
The claims were false; anyone can claim a lottery prize. But the lies scared the victim so much that he agreed to let the alleged scammer, a clerk at the A-Z Deli and Convenience store in Spring Valley, sign the ticket as a co-winner, officials said.

Hispanic illegal scammed for 3 million by Muslims. Are the Muzzies legal? How long before these Muzzies cut and run back to their turd world homeland?
Hey if they buy the winning ticket, they should be allowed to collect their money. I have no problem with that. And they should then be sent home to wherever they came from to enjoy it.
They can’t legally buy the ticket in the first place. Those tickets aren’t sold in Guatemala.
They took away the winnings from the 5 year old kids that switched places. I would imagine the lotto corp will do anything and everything to keep from paying. Being here illeagly and not being able to produce clean documents on who you are seems like a good way to decline.
But illegals are important to the NWO plan so they have different laws then the rest of us. The same way people of color have different laws then white Christians.
Satans plan is working like a charm, even though he loses in the end.
Probably. Doesn't seem too hard to get a visa if you're Muslim. Apparently, they "do the jobs Americans won't do" (open convenience stores in the 'hood).
Ugly bastards are they American?
They’re not representative of the America we know, but they’re probably technically here legally, or at least under the color of law. How often do we deny entry to young men with names and faces like theirs? We’re more likely to give them money to start businesses.
He won the game. His status is a separate issue.
A “U-visa” is a new one on me. Evidently it allows illegals who have been victims of certain crimes to.......obtain a visa.

yes its real
It can easily be got
An illegal alien female gets her boyfriend to beat her up...
Now shes the “victim” of a mugging
and now entitled to tea and comfort and a visa to stay here...
obviously Amish
PING
A U-visa is a new one on me.
Actually it is missing a letter “F” as in the FU america visa.
I don’t know about the lottery because when we were in Italy, we bought a lottery ticket and won 50 euro and of course we were not Italian citizens. I think the illegal was just ignorant. You don’t have to be a citizen anywhere in the world just playing the lottery (at least that I know of).
Good question? And if they haven't proved anything, why are the 3 being held in jail? The last sentence posted could be the real scam.
"He was afraid of what Atif Ali and the others claimed would happen," the victim's attorney, Thomas Sassone said.
The rest of his winnings, which came from the $3 Million Richer instant game, have been frozen while the case goes to court.
The three suspects are each being held in jail on one count of grand larceny.
Sassone said the victim, a dad of one, is now in line for a U-visa as a crime victim.
I'm sick of hearing about "the shadows." If it's so damned hard, GO HOME.
The clerk got greedy. He should've kept his bargain with the illegal.
Same here. I’ve always believed that if you were just plain stupid and ignorant, you deserve what’s coming.
koran animals
give the victim his money and send him back to Mexico
and deport these three back to their Islamic cesspool
While you may not have been citizens, I think I'd be fairly safe in presuming that you were in the country legally rather than as an illegal alien.
In some states to claim lottery prizes you need two proof of id and a ss card,so the store owner may be right.
