WINNIPEG, Manitoba August 30, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A young man who admitted to downloading explicit pornographic images since he was 12, has been sentenced to two years supervised probation after he was charged for possessing photos and videos of children as young as 4 being sexually abused.
Dr. Judith Reisman, a researcher on pedophilia and an expert on the insidious effects of pornography, told LSN that she is unsurprised that such a young man would be involved in child pornography. Our government leaders allow pornography to pollute our once great nations and act surprised that we are breeding inhuman men, women and children unlike any that have existed before, she said.
In a 2008 international sting against child pornographers Austrian police followed an IP address to a 15-year-old boy in Winnipeg, MB.
When Winnipeg police came knocking at his door, the boy readily admitted his involvement, said Crown attorney Terry McComb to Winnipeg Sun.
The police confiscated the boys laptop and discovered images and videos featuring girls as young as 4 being sexually abused by adults.

He learned that from somewhere.
Well, the problem of pornography is different, because one is indulging in a virtual version of something which could be wholesome, and real. It also is true that the virtual person generally is unrealistically good-looking too. This contrasts with smoking, where you create an appetite for a real substance, that you pretty much manufacture, through use. Alcohol also may differ in the proportion of people who drink actually turning out to be alcoholics. But otherwise, being a former addict myself, I would agree that there is stimuli to it, and it does affect the mind. But alcohol hasn’t affected me yet, or I at least haven’t had issues gone beyond one beer or a glass of wine per day.
I have no personal experience of porn, other than seeing a Playboy I think once, in the late or mid 60s. Nothing else.
Well, consider yourself blessed, because plenty of people can find more hardcore material than the 60s Playboy for free nowadays, video, print, or images.
If there are fewer rapes today than - when? - Id have to see stats, but even if that is so, I am sure its because so many women are such EZ sluts today, not because of more porn.
I agree, it disappoints me to hear a great deal of the words coming out of many teen girls’ mouths nowadays, as if some people are your Hollywood values spokespeople. Not all, but it does seem to be plenty of them sometimes. I would also same the same for teen boys and young adult men, too.
You completely missed the point.
And just who makes the final decision in any one person’s choice to act on something.
Just because women may encourage something or *allowed* something, doesn’t mean the men had to be wusses and indulge.
That’s blame shifting and evasion of personal responsibility of the highest magnitude.
In single parent families, who is it most likely who you are going to see, sticking with it, trying to raise the kids right and hold the family together?
Are you trying to equate pedophilia with alcohol?
Heck, why not just get rid of all laws? Everything goes, stealing, rape, murder, whatever.
After all, it's all imposing someone else's morals on others, right?
Increased porn = less rape?
I don’t think so.
Those same people probably also believe that increased CO2 levels cause global warming.
Idiots.
10thAmendmentGuy is a liberal newbie who has already been zotted once. He’s pro-abortion, pro drugs, pro-porn, etc., etc.
Why in the world the mods relented and allowed him back on is a mystery.
Well, maybe not. Maybe the mods are letting the VK’s play with this troll for several weeks instead of minutes.
I called it last week, and I’ll call it again. IBTZ.
It’s just a matter of time.
10thAmendmentGuy is a young man who has not had enough “life lessons”. Those lessons come hard but one learns.
Porn is not morally right, of this much I am certain. I would never argue that porn is a good or beneficial thing.
However, it does seem to serve as a substitute for some who would be rapists—instead of raping, they watch pornagraphy.
I don’t think you could call that an upside, but it is the lesser of two evils. Pornography is going to be made, one way or the other. it certainly is morally detestable. But is it better for a would-be rapist to watch porn or go out and rape? In one situation, two consenting perverted adults make a movie for another perverted adult to watch. On the other, one perverted adult forces hmself on a non-consenting woman, traumatizing her permanently.
Ideally, somebody would go to his aid and bring him the gospel and help him so that he would neither need to rape or watch porn. Certainly, we pray that such a thing would happen. However, in this sinful world, it doesn’t always work that way.
I hope you understand that in no way do I think that porn is beneficial; just that in some cases it is the lesser of two evils.
You have proof of this? Or is this the liberaltarian excuse?
There is a reason why they do not allow porn in most prisons. And it isn't because of it's "calming" affect. /s
There have been a bunch of them lately.
You know, I do not actually have a citation for you from a study, but I have read articles and the like which do.
:) Makes me an absolute authority on it, right? “I saw it in the newspaper—it MUST be true!” (I hope you realize I am chuckling at myself here.)
Of course, multiple studies, even if they reach the same conclusion, can not be considered “proof.” So to answer your question, even if I had the citation from studies, that would not be a definitive proof.
Also, I’m not sure if I would call it an “excuse”, just something that needs to be taken into consideration. Would society be better off without pornography? Absolutely—keep dreaming, though. Should it be regulated and kept away from children? Absolutely!
Also, I am not a libertarian, and I don’t really appreciate being called “liberaltarian.” Keep in mind I am not saying that porn is a good thing or that it should be promoted. It is sordid and detrimental to family values.
But I think what we are discussing is whether porn should be illegal because of this. At least that’s what I’m discussing. I just want to make sure I’m on the same page as you.
I’m not pro-abortion. I’m pro-life. You only make yourself look stupid when you lie about it. By the way, Jim Robinson has posted before on here that he feels the federal war on drugs is unconstitutional, so chew on that for a moment.
I advise you to take a class in logic if you seriously believe that legalizing drugs is equivalent to repealing laws against child molestation, rape and murder. DJ blamed addictions for the downfall of our society. I asked her if she supports banning alcohol, considering the fact that she supports the WOD.
I know this because I found a thread where you argued with him about it, and he quoted the Tenth Amendment to you.
And you probably think that the war on drugs makes drugs harder to get and decreases drug use. How can you call yourself a conservative if you support the federal government’s repeated violations of the Tenth Amendment?
Yes, I am young and immature. I hope to mature to the point where I feel comfortable making fun of dead people and posting disrespectful pictures of them.
the term, I believe, the author is seeking is “feral humans”
“Im not pro-abortion. Im pro-life. You only make yourself look stupid when you lie about it. By the way, Jim Robinson has posted before on here that he feels the federal war on drugs is unconstitutional, so chew on that for a moment.”

Look, troll. If you’re gonna state that you and Jim are on the same page here, at least ping him.
You are pro-life? Your FReep page says no. Says you believe if daddy is a rapist, then its OK to rip the little bastid outta that womb.
Your posting history is clear. You support the legalization and useage of dangerous drugs. And you hide behind the 10th Amendment as you argue your points. If I may speak for Jim, he has always argued that while the States have that right, none of them have been stupid enough to legalize it.
And finally.... all your posts on this thread in support of porn is getting beyond creepy.
IBTZ.
