If the Amish euphemism is getting tired, maybe we should start talking about the trouble caused by WASPs and how we need "wasp spray" to deal with it.
How serious? Very, they have increased actively to do that very thing in recent years. It is not that it is going to start it already has.

How serious are they about disrupting? They’ve been doing it for 80 years.
They can mobilize and spread propaganda easier with the internet and cell phones. (Added in with the MSM)
But there’s a new push now for the final “revolution”.
And, according to communist dictums, it MUST be violent.
That’s the difference in the kind of “disruption” they’re going to perpetrate on us in the near future.
They will scatter like roaches when the first shots are fired! Armed Americans have had about enough, and these punk kids are going to lose an entire generation to a war that they think is just to fight.

Try whatever they might, Americans will not put up with this much longer. To boot, the Americans these idiots might tango with are probably going to be very well trained former military. In other words, they will be fighting a losing battle on the outset and it willlll be bloody for them.
The Police, Firefighters and Teachers in Wisconsin are the Unions.. and enemies(many of them)..
And so in every other State that is NOT a right to work State..
AND most that work for any government agency.. State or federal..
I think they are serious, but will have some problems with the execution. Our Leftists have become too fat and lazy on Ho-Hos purchased with food stamps to put down the Xbox and go out for a good riot.
I suspect most of the trouble will come from union thugs. The unions truly do, as my grandmother used to say, have one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel.
