BOSTON (CBS) – An illegal immigrant from Kenya who was arrested for drunk driving in Framingham recently is reportedly an uncle of President Barack Obama.
67-year-old Onyango Obama was arrested last Wednesday, August 24 after police say he nearly ran his SUV into a police cruiser and later failed several sobriety tests.
According to the MetroWest Daily News, he pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Thursday, but he was ordered held without bail because there is a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for his arrest.
The federal agency has previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya.
According to a report Monday in the Australian, Obama is the uncle of the president.

The (London) Times has established from his birthdate that Mr Obama is the Uncle Omar mentioned in President Obama’s best-selling memoir Dreams from My Father. In the 1995 book, President Obama writes of “the uncle who had left for America 25 years ago and had never come back”.
In 2008, The Times mounted a search for Uncle Omar. Instead of finding him, we discovered his sister, President Obama’s Auntie Zeituni, who was living as an illegal immigrant on a Boston housing estate. Uncle Omar and Auntie Zeituni are the children of President Obama’s grandfather Hussein Onyango Obama, by his third wife Sarah, the woman President Obama calls “Granny”, because she raised his father, Barack Sr, who was Hussein Obama’s son by Hussein’s second wife, Akumu.
The paper said Onyango Obama is represented by Margaret Wong, the same Cleveland-based attorney who helped Zeituni Onyango get asylum in the United States last year.
Zeituni lived for years illegally in South Boston. She told WBZ-TV in September 2010 after being granted asylum that the United States has an “obligation” to grant her citizenship.

This might be part, or all, of the reason Obama and Janetalia Napolitano set a policy to stop most deportations of illegals.
What did he do to bring in enough new customers to turn it around?
Make it a hangout for all of Obama's relatives in the USA illegally?

When Rather was with CBS, WBZ was an NBC affiliate and Channel 7 was a CBS affiliate. They swapped networks when CBS company bought the parent company of WBZ. BTW, CBS was purchased prior to that by Westinghouse Broadcasting, which took the CBS name, much like CellOne became AT&T.
Yes, not sure when it was filmed but when I was there it was pretty crowded, fun band, good food. They had a nice mural on the wall with various music and political figures—including George W Bush and 9/11, God bless our troops and all that

My understanding was that the taxpayer picked up the tab (like Moochelle in Spain)...but I can’t quote you a source for that and now you have me doubting my understanding!
