The Chicken Bone? Hey! That place was just featured on that show “Bar Rescue”. I just watched it last night. The place was hemorraging money, and the show’s consultant guy came in and turned the place around.

What did he do to bring in enough new customers to turn it around?

Make it a hangout for all of Obama's relatives in the USA illegally?

Yes, not sure when it was filmed but when I was there it was pretty crowded, fun band, good food. They had a nice mural on the wall with various music and political figures—including George W Bush and 9/11, God bless our troops and all that

Hmm, yeah I just went to their site and they have a bit about the transformation, being known now as The Bone, but mural still up

(shows mural at bottom...it stays)
>>We were presented by Spike TV with a once in a lifetime opportunity to have leading experts in the restaurant/
bar business go over our establishment with a fine tooth comb to determine in what areas we
needed improvement. The owner, the management and the staff went through vigorous training, a
mixologist gave us some new cocktail recipes, and a celebrity chef came and helped us to develop
some new recipes. We agreed to take a leap of faith and allow changes to the physical appearance
without our knowledge of what the end result would be. We also agreed to test out their idea of what
our menu should be.
