It will. The public sector has the means to use a lot of violence, and some of it under the authority of law.

I read recently that since Indiana Gov Mitch Daniels eliminated the dues check-off for government employees, some 90% are NOT paying their dues.
Maybe WI GOP officialsshould hold a SEPARATE, BUT PARALLEL , parade, for workers who don't utilize dues check -off.
