A number of media outlets have already reported that an illegal immigrant from Kenya by the name of Onyango Obama, 67, was arrested last week on Wednesday after he rammed his SUV into a police car in Framingham, Massachusetts.
He was later charged with DUI among other violations. I spoke to Framingham Public Information Officer Lieutenant Delaney who told me that when Onyango Obama was asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the Kenyan immigrant replied: "I think I will call the White House."
It should be noted that the Times of London, highlighted an Onyango Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign, when the British daily found President Barack Obama's “Aunt Zeituni” living in Boston illegally.:

If his dad ‘s brother is Kenyan wouldn’t it be fairly reasonable to assume that the Father is also Kenya.

You know a lot more about it than I do! You Constitutional scholars have my abiding admiration. We’ll see this all come out right yet. If an ineligible candidate had won the election and done a five star job in office, the Constitutional requirements would have been flushed forever. It would have been wrong, but that’s how the post modern world operates.
However, Obama got in and wrecked the country. He’s sitting in the Oval Office proving daily the wisdom of the Founders in explicitly excluding him from holding the office. By the time he’s through there will be renewed interest in honoring this portion of the Constitution. It’s coming at a very steep price, but at least we’re getting there.

That’s what is so maddening about all of this bs obfuscation and the red herring birthplace arguments. If “Obama”’s father is really who he says (and I have serious doubts about that, as with everything about this dude), then he’s obviously disqualified from office. No divided loyalties. It’s really simple. The founders wanted to provide a “strong check” against foreign influence by deeming in the Constitution that only citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution or the progeny of said citizens would be qualified to hold the highest office in the land. That’s why the standard is higher than for any other office in the government.
Some argue that the founders put that into the Constitution because they were worried about the vulnerability of the newly-born country and that such doesn’t matter now. Baloney. It matters as much as ever, as evidenced by the destructive, America-hating usurper posing as pResident this very moment. That is a great post! As for why people don’t get it, that’s very simple. A lot of the anti-birthers are actually pro-Obama. I learned this by taking an intensive tour of several rabidly anti-birther/Soros-funded websites recently. They name our anti-birthers by FR handle and cheer them on. They brag about being here under cover. They regale each other with stories of our insanity and stupidity. They define NBC solely with a view toward protecting Obama. The country as founded does not come first; promoting the progressive agenda and protecting Obama trump everything. It was a very eye-opening experience.

Maybe, this argument has yet to be conclusively proven at all. Apparently international adoptions are straight forward if they are done prior to age 5. And since Obama's supposed mother married an Indonesian National (who never became a US citizen) before he was 5 years of age this may have happened.
What would be more telling is what he declared himself as after age 18. If he declared himself a foreign national while in the US and when he filled out formal government paperwork for college or for other identity requirements then he has a problem. For if he was dual citizen he would have represent himself as a US Citizen while in the borders of the US. If he did not he may have committed fraud - like his adopted father did in the 1960s and early 1970s. Lolo was tapped for tax evasion because he mis-represented his status. Like father, like son? Leverage your multi-national status for gain?...until you get caught?

Probably the best way to describe the US attitude on multi-citizenship is - do it at your own risk.
The key thing is that other government’s actions usually do not impact a person’s US citizenship status. So the US does not specifically forbid multi-citizenship but it also does nothing special to address it. So a person may be subject to laws of both (or multiple) nations at any time. This mostly applies to....taxation!...of course.
A US dual-citizen within the US borders must represent themselves as a US citizen and not one of their other citizenship’s. This is why when you enter the US as a ‘dual citizen’ you MUST show your US passport.
The MSM has done no vetting whatsoever of Obama.
