A number of media outlets have already reported that an illegal immigrant from Kenya by the name of Onyango Obama, 67, was arrested last week on Wednesday after he rammed his SUV into a police car in Framingham, Massachusetts.
He was later charged with DUI among other violations. I spoke to Framingham Public Information Officer Lieutenant Delaney who told me that when Onyango Obama was asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the Kenyan immigrant replied: "I think I will call the White House."
It should be noted that the Times of London, highlighted an Onyango Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign, when the British daily found President Barack Obama's “Aunt Zeituni” living in Boston illegally.:

According to article, federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement has warrant for his arrest and ICE previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya. In the meantime, a judge has not set bail on the driving charges but ordered that he be held on the ICE warrant.

He is basically stating what de Vattel wrote and which has the same meaning and intent of the US Constitution.
You turn up the most interesting citations! Anyone at this point who doesn’t see Obama’s divided loyalties playing out to the detriment of the USA is either not paying attention or sympathizes with them. I don’t see a third option.
Correction, Stanley Ann was a Natural Born Citizen, O’Bumma, Sr. was here on a “non-working” student visa and carried a UKC (United Kingdom and Colonies) Passport.

I just don’t see how anybody gets around the ‘divided loyalty’ part. Obama is the living, breathing personification/epitome of divided loyalties. He’s everything the Founders tried to preclude. How anyone can argue otherwise is becoming increasingly suspect. What would Obama do differently, if his stated goal was to harm the US to the benefit of our nation’s enemies?

I think they should ALL be rounded up, including the illegal in the white hut, abd deported together with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Freeze obama’s assets and give it to the IRS to pay for some of the damage he has done.

Had Obama been born outside the USA there might have been some ability to argue to the contrary, but since he was born in HI the question becomes moot.
I have never seen anything in a Supreme Court decision that gives “natural born citizen” any meaning other than the obvious, one who is naturally a citizen at birth.
Obama was born in USA, qualifying him by jus solis, and his mother was NBC, qualifying him by jus sanguinis.
Since it’s only a little over a year to the next election, don’t you think our efforts might be better used winning the next election rather than trying to invalidate the last one?
AFAIK, no state has to date passed a law requiring all candidates provide documentation of their constitutional eligibility for the office. What up with that?
