Obama's Illegal Uncle Arrested; 'Uncle Omar' Hits Cop Car, Tries to Call White House
The Washington Times ^ | Sunday, August 28, 2011 | Kerry Picket

A number of media outlets have already reported that an illegal immigrant from Kenya by the name of Onyango Obama, 67, was arrested last week on Wednesday after he rammed his SUV into a police car in Framingham, Massachusetts.

He was later charged with DUI among other violations. I spoke to Framingham Public Information Officer Lieutenant Delaney who told me that when Onyango Obama was asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the Kenyan immigrant replied: "I think I will call the White House."

It should be noted that the Times of London, highlighted an Onyango Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign, when the British daily found President Barack Obama's “Aunt Zeituni” living in Boston illegally.:

SNIP

According to article, federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement has warrant for his arrest and ICE previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya. In the meantime, a judge has not set bail on the driving charges but ordered that he be held on the ICE warrant.

No, when he was born, 1961, his mother was not of adult age and could not give citizenship to her son.

His father was not a citizen and therefore, he bho not an citizen.

On top of that when was adopted by his stepfather, taken to indonesia, he gave up his US citizenship and became a muslim Indonesian. So, if he was a citizen when he moved to Indonesia, he was no longer a citizen of the US and still ineligible to be president.

AFAIK, no state has to date passed a law requiring all candidates provide documentation of their constitutional eligibility for the office. What up with that?

Arizona did, but Saint Jan Brewer vetoed it.

So much for being tough on illegals, huh?

They always leave out the fact Justice Gray wrote in the majority opinion both parents must have a permanent residency and domicile at the time of the child’s birth.

They never admit WKA was affirmed a citizen.

For an allegedly eligible President, he sure does have a lot of illegal alien relatives living in the United States.

My thought exactly.

Sooner or later an illegal alien with a past violent felony will commit a high profile violent crime. The question is, which Democrat will forever be linked with the next Willie Horton? My money in on Andrew Cuomo:

New York pulls out of federal immigration program
CNN | June 1, 2011

New York (CNN) — New York is pulling out of a controversial federal program aimed at catching and deporting illegal immigrants with criminal histories, the state’s governor said Wednesday.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he is suspending the state’s participation in the program because of concerns about “its impact on families, immigrant communities and law enforcement in New York.”

chapter 19 sec 212 ..the 1797 edition..

The citizens are the members of the civil society: bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages.

The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.

As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.

The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it.

The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.

We shall soon see, whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born.

I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

No, when he was born, 1961, his mother was not of adult age and could not give citizenship to her son.

This applies solely to children born outside the US.

On top of that when was adopted by his stepfather, taken to indonesia, he gave up his US citizenship and became a muslim Indonesian.

He may have been recognized by Indonesia as a citizen, but this is irrelevant. The US does not recognize dual citizenship. I could become a citizen of 17 foreign countries and it would have zero effect on my status as NBC and eligibility to be president.(Not that there's much of a "Draft Logan" movement at present.)

A minor child, certainly one as young as Obama, cannot give up his US citizenship. Actions to that effect taken by the parents have no validity unless confirmed by the child on growing up.

OPS sorry for the two additional posts.

Note. Stanley Ann was not of legal age in 1961 and Obama, Sr. carried a UKC Passport. Read the 1948 British Nationality Act. Jr. was a Brit on the day he was hatched!
