Four people died instantly in a car accident around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning in Brenham, (Texas)
Police say it happened at the intersection of Highway 36... The driver of a Dodge pick up, which police identified as Roberto Castillo, T-boned a Ford Mustang with four people inside.
All four in the Mustang died upon impact, and Castillo took off running according to witnesses.
Brenham Police say they found Castillo about 100 feet away from the accident scene at a mobile home park. Police arrested him for intoxication manslaughter. Castillo gave police several birth dates, so investigators are still trying to figure out his age.
Brenham Police Chief Rex Phelps says there's good indication that Castillo is an illegal immigrant.
"It's probably, as far back as we can see, one of the worst accidents that we have had here in Brenham. It is just, our hearts go out to the family and the friends of the victims and the victims themselves. It was really a tough scene for all of us," said Chief Phelps.
Investigators tell us that Castillo might face federal charges if he is indeed an illegal immigrant. He has a pending charge for driving under the influence which police say he received in Brenham just last month.
He's now at the Washington County Jail. His bond has been set at $2 million dollars.
Left these 4 Texans lifeless as he ran from the scene.

So everyone knows, there is nearly a news blackout on this, and most of the coverage that should have been, has been absolutely buried and squelched.
Drunk driving is a favorite pasttime south of the border.
A month later, this son of a bitch was again driving drunk, and brutally kills 4 Texas, then runs from the scene, leaving these for people lifeless and dead.
Who was the person/persons that let this SOB go in July, when he was apprehended fro driving drunk?
They've got a lot of blood on their hands and need to be asked some really hard questions.
This SOB was just arrested last month in July, for again, driving drunk in Texas...They released the SOB last month.
Now they will bury 4 Texans.
What happened to that tough Texas justice?
Drunk driving wrecks are never accidents. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a premeditated act against an undefined yet to be determined victim. String the SOB up in each case, illegal or no.

It doesn’t matter, if you been drinking and involved in a fatal accident, if you survive and even if it is not your fault, you will be charged with vehicular manslaughter.
In Boston area we just had a drunk illegal immigrant drag a 23 yr old motorcyclist to his death.

Hadn’t heard about this. But my own corner here in Texas has also had its share in recent times. Like two miles away from me, where a mother and daughter coming home from church were killed by a drunk illegal. Or just down the street, where some high-school kid on a bike was run down by two illegals fleeing after robbing a quickie-mart.
So you basically want to know why I can’t muster any enthusiasm at all for Rick Perry? I’m sick and tired of this crap.
This week, at the Northwest WA Fair, in Lynden, WA, a 15 year old illegal, a member of the Surenos (sp?) gang, shot 3 people and another was stabbed.
Everyone is screaming about stricter gang control and illegal immigration control, but they are all looking in the wrong places. Illegal immigration and gangs cannot be solved by law enforcement, alone.
The lax immigration policy is a function of liberal policies, policies that include despotic egalitarianism, equality of outcome, as opposed to equality of opportunity, and moral relativity that is really just moral anarchy.
Law enforcement can only clean up after the fact, they are powerless to make any real change because liberalism has has killed any true representative legislative efforts by placing all the power in the courts.
The town in Texas where this happened, the people are recoiling over this, yet most of the coverage that should have been, has been absolutely buried.
Something similar just happened in Massachusetts. An illegal with priors hit a kid and just kept driving with the kid inbetween the wheel and the car screaming...the drunk guy didn’t bother to stop and killed the kid who had just graduated from college.
