A few years ago in Texas (I think it was Dallas) a little 3 year old boy and his Mom and Dad were going through a downtown intersection at Noon when a drunk illegal alien went through the red light and hit their car.
Little Xavier Brown and his Dad died instantly. His Mom was alive but trapped in the car which was in flames...
She tried to open her door to escape but it was bent and stuck..
Lunchtime people on the street tried to open her door but had to watch and listen as she burnt to death screaming for help...
In Tennessee a couple of deaths by illegal aliens
An elderly couple in Nashville were going to the doctors (again at Noontime)
She was in remission from cancer and he was driving her to an appointment to find out how she was doing The doctor was going to give them an update report..
A drunk illegal alien hit them front on..
They didnt have a chance...
He escaped injury and fled home to to Mexico...
Another in Nashville..
One evening a young woman who was about to start law school had stopped for a red light at an intersection.
an illegal alien going 80 hit her from behind...
Again she died...he was OK
An yet another in Nashville...
This time a man was riding his motor bike home from work about 5-6 PM
An illegal alien who had been deported FOURTEEN times hit him and killed him...
As for the media? Crickets.
I’m no fan of Gov. Perry... but let’s put the blame where it lies: squarely at the feet of Ronald Reagan (who signed the amnesty that opened the floodgates), and every president since. As well as every sitting Congressman and Senator.
They are all at fault for the casualties in this war, and there’s plenty of blood to go around.
The government of Texas, like the governments of California, Arizona, and New Mexico, has absolutely no power to combat this menace. None.
They can’t deport anybody; all they can do is turn them over to ICE (who, statistically speaking, releases everybody). Or chase them into another state and kill somebody else’s kid in the next accident.
When ten percent of the population of the country next door has colonized your country — that’s an invasion. And the government of the United States have allowed the unspoken Mexican declaration of war on America to go unanswered. There is no border with Mexico. There is no American sovereignty.
Perry might support these policies, but he isn’t the author.
The families of the 4 victims should bring a civil suit against the U.S. government, Obama, Big Sis and Holder for their negligent ‘enforcement’ of the law that led to the deaths of 4 people.
I’m hearing about these illegals killing innocent people everyday. It’s just like the flash mobs. A media blackout on both stories.
Congressman Steve King (R-IA)

I got to sit in and listen to a panel of families of victims addressing Rep King and Lamar Smith and some others a few years ago...
The families were heart broken that nothing had been done to stop illegal aliens from comntinuing to come here...
They told their stories about their loved ones being murdered by illegal aliens or killed in accidents...
They parents of Jamiel Shaw the young 17 year old man who was murdered by the illegal alien gang banger in LA were there..
Jamiels mother was serving her country and stationed in Iraq when he was murdered...
The parents of a girl who was raped and murdered by her illegal alien boyfriend were there...
and so on..
Any names and/or pictures of the victims?
Brilliant deduction there Chiefie.
Actually every border state Govener has one thing that they can an should do. It is deploy the State National Guard and send a letter to the US Government (House, Senate and President) requesting forces to stop the invasion of thier state.
Perhaps he can invite this guy to the Vineyard for a beer.
Yes, I've been told Perry is powerless and totally helpless here.
Texas dished out some of that justice not too long ago:

My understanding is governors have pretty wide latitude to call out the Guard for internal state emergencies — a hurricane, etc.
But doesn’t Article I spell out pretty clearly that it’s on Congress to repel a foreign invasion? That’s why no state has unilaterally deployed troops on the border?
And not to be negative, but you know what the answer would be — “No. The border is secure.”
Considering he had prior arrests for drunk driving, why is it just manslaughter? I say it's capital murder.
Tell that to the 4 that will be buried tomorrow, and countless others.
US Constitution Article I Section. 10 Clause 3: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
Looks like an invasion to me, 20 million strong and growing.
Appling for protection.
US Constitution Article IV Section. 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
invite this guy to the Vineyard for a beer.
only if he gets to drive ‘The Beast’.. or at least.. ‘The Bus’. :-)
Maybe it's time for a new strategy. Give them a ride half way across the Gulf and then let them swim the rest of the way home to Mexico.
I was only attempting to show that Texas is not afraid to dole out justice.
No amount of justice will bring back innocent victims, and I certainly wasn't implying any such thing.
From the link: “A victim’s family member tells us their loved one was the driver of this Ford Mustang. His name was Guillermo Gonzalez. He was only 19 years old. There were 3 others in the car with him-—a 22 and 20-year-old female and 19-year-old male.”
“Names of the victims have not yet been released pending notification of family.”
Possibly similar immigration status?
