USe of troops

US Constitution Article I Section. 10 Clause 3: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Looks like an invasion to me, 20 million strong and growing.

Appling for protection.

US Constitution Article IV Section. 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

“Looks like an invasion to me, 20 million strong and growing.”

And by the way, time to put the “20 million” canard to rest.

There’s very good evidence, based on public school enrollment and users of state benefits that the number exceeds 11 million just here in California.

I would bet a paycheck that there are 35-40 million illegals in the U.S.
