This happens all the time.

This SOB was just arrested last month in July, for again, driving drunk in Texas...They released the SOB last month.

Now they will bury 4 Texans.

What happened to that tough Texas justice?

These days political and economic interests trump cultural heritage & justice by a long shot.

The suffering of average Americans doesn't factor into their calculus at all.
