President Obama issued an executive order yesterday titled, Establishing a Coordinated Government-Wide Initiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workforce. Its quite vague, extolling the value of diversity without defining it, and setting up a government-wide initiative for all agencies that will develop and issue a Government-wide Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan. Details later, and the devil, of course, will be in the details.
Still, its bad enough already. If government personnel are told to strive for diversity, then of course they will be putting their fat thumbs on the scale to ensure a politically correct racial, ethnic, and gender mix, and that means that there will be divisive, unfair, inefficient discrimination, with the best qualified people not getting hired and promoted.

And the thing is even if the order is rescinded by the next president, those employees are forever.
You put your finger on another reason why O's doing it. He knows he stands a good chance of losing, so he wants to poison the well for any future Republican president, by creating a federal workforce which will work hard to undermine any Republican's orders, leak anything embarrassing immediately, and cannot be fired no matter what.
This is nothing new. The Federal Government was always this way. About 20 years ago, I applied for several openings for which I was highly qualified. The hiring supervisor told me point plank that he would love to hire me, but minorities and women took preference. I did contract work for them so they knew the quality of my work and experience. Being a Military Veteran with 21 years service was no help either.
A recent post on a Jesse Lee Peterson thread on Facebook asked whether there wasn’t some way jobs could be provided for black people without providing them for anyone else. Looks like the pussident found a way.
I think you may be onto something with the genocide.

The Contracting Parties ,

Where does one find a tribunal?
The irony of this EO is off the hook....
This is exactly why the federal government is so screwed up. They hire based on a person’s racial or sexual status and not on qualifications.
Yes - we had a local GS-13 that was responsible for a lot of excellent white candidates being passed over for substandard Black females. He also happened to be the president of a local chapter of the NAACP. Well-known, but nobody had the gonads to intervene.
and now B Hussein continues the practice...
I'm glad I'm the age I am and my working days have come to an end..I know I have less days ahead of me then I have behind me...I weep for the educated young adults looking for work..
vote 2012 remove all democrats and RINO clean house top to bottom...
“”This will not stand as the Big Lebowski said.”
I hate to be picky, but wasn’t it The Dude who uttered this line, not the “Big” Lebowski?
In any event, this latest EO is really chilling. My son is a white, male, heterosexual who got a government job two years ago. He’s a US Marine.
So when he finishes his final tour (working with a black lab to sniff out IEDs in Afghanistan), he is now prohibited for finding another “government job” unless he stays in the Corps?
Between this and the Amnesty EO just signed, the level of anger in America just ratcheted up off the scale. How should we react?
I received this in an email a couple of weeks ago:
I bought and read Obama’s book, Audacity of Hope. It was difficult to read considering his attitude toward us and everything American. Let me add a phrase he use to describe his attitude toward whites. He harbors a “COIL OF RAGE”. His words not mine.
THIS IS OUR PRESIDENT — HE’S RUNNING AGAIN, YOU KNOW! Is anyone out there awake?
Everyone of voting age should read these two books by him: Don’t buy them, just get them from the library.
From Dreams From My Father:
“I ceased to advertise my mother’s race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites.”
From Dreams From My Father :
“I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother’s race.”
From Dreams From My Father:
“There was something about her that made me wary, a little too sure of herself, maybe and white.”
From Dreams From My Father:
“It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.”
From Dreams From My Father:
“I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn’t speak to my own. It was into my father’s image, the black man, son of Africa , that I’d packed all the attributes I sought in myself: the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.”
And FINALLY ........... and most scary:
From Audacity of Hope:
“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
If you have never forwarded an e-mail, now is the time to do so!!! We have someone with this mentality running our GREAT nation! Keep your eye on him and don’t blink.
I don’t care whether you are a Democrat, a Republican, a Conservative or a liberal, be aware of the attitude and character of this sitting President.
Spread the word!
Hopefully he’d follow the law, which is fairly specific regarding disabled veterans. This sounds like a good rider to attach to the federal budget and the GOP could have a PR coup with it.
Do you see them concentrated at the lower end, higher end or not? There are a lot of positions that unless you have the background (pharmacy, medicine, finance, engineer, etc.) you just don’t get the job.
Get ready for it....the money-machine for the "Progressives" is un-limited, and will spend in excess of a Billion dollars for continued "hope and change".
It's simply too difficult now to out-vote Fraud, and Free-Riders. We've gone too close to the edge.
Lock 'n load.
Who will be the winners and who will be the losers?
Blacks make up some 17% of the Federal workforce already, but comprise just under 13% of the population.
Is he going to fire 4% of these overpaid sloths?
Leni
Correct. As soon as I saw this story I knew the directive was a response to Maxine.
