This is exactly why the federal government is so screwed up. They hire based on a person’s racial or sexual status and not on qualifications.

IBM did the same thing years ago...because they were TOLD to...
so my relative took early retirement, could not work in a specialized field with an uneducated, unqualified person..

and now B Hussein continues the practice...
I'm glad I'm the age I am and my working days have come to an end..I know I have less days ahead of me then I have behind me...I weep for the educated young adults looking for work..
