Is there any other conclusion after watching the Iowa video?
It is warm and inviting and part of the reintroduction that began with the Steve Bannon movie.
I have long thought that Governor Palin has been honestly trying to figure out the best use of the energy and attention and anger! that swirls around the name Sarah Palin.
And with this video, I think she just shared which way she is leaning.
Yes. He knows.
She'd be SHOWING, not telling, but SHOWING, how she honors promises, and also ... the excitement surrounding the Sept. 3 event would go off the charts, and the place would be mobbed by folks...
If Sarah lets the cat out of the bag before Indianola, her much anticipated speech will be anti-climactic, and a huge media moment will have been lost. She's much too savvy a political operator to give up the massive boost that her announcement will provide during her big speech.
My guess is that Sarah might call them the day before, and tell them (on air) that she's going to announce her "intentions" to the American public during her Indianola speech. It may be splitting hairs a bit, but she would be keeping her promise to them, to let them be the first to know what she's going to do.
I actually prefer my little scenario, where she whips out her cell phone and calls them from the podium to make her announcement. That would be pure Cuda!

Look around you. Notice anything unusual? Cruise the news feeds about Palin's latest activities. Check for buzz on Facebook. Heck, peek in at DU. Soak it all in, and put it through your analyzer.
Review the result, and if it doesn't show you that the ground is literally moving beneath your feet, then you've got false data corrupting your processor.
Search FR for Brices Crossroads' posts on Palin's electoral chances. He's done some great analyses.

Reading those positions, it’s rather difficult to believe the person posting under that name has been here since 2000, and conservative. Does sound like today’s academia.
We’re on the same prayerful page. I know it’s impossible for you or anyone to read all my comments, but I’ve been posting all along that Sarah Palin puts her trust in God and that He is leading her to her decision while I and millions of others remain faithfully in prayer for her and her precious family.
RockinRight is a confirmed Palin basher; he will only be persuaded by actual victory, as were most of the Reagan doubters 30+ years ago. Nonetheless, an analysis of the current polls and the battleground states shows Palin can very easily defeat Obama. In fact, shew would shave the easiest time of any of the GOP candidates because of her ability to get lower middle class union white voters to vote for her.

I might just do that (though I doubt that you have). In the meantime, I'll take note of what I'm seeing in the real world, as viewed through the portal of the internet.
Through that 'all-seeing-eye', it's obvious that no other political figure on the national stage commands as much attention, nor has the enormous drawing power or influence of Sarah Palin. None.
No other politician has the depth and breadth of grass roots support that she does. None.
It's sad to see, that in such a time as this, that you would choose to support some candidate who you deem as 'safe'. You fear a Goldwater, just when our history demands that such a person rise to the challenge?
If that's so, then you are without courage, and fail to see that this nation is irrevocably moving toward a great collision of ideologies - no matter who is elected next year. I'd rather maintain my personal integrity and push for the very best person to answer that challenge, than help to put someone in office who will do little to lead our people in the fight to restore this nation.

The Revolutionary War was not class warfare at all. A lot of intra-class warfare, with families on the same level often pitted against one another. Tories and loyalists each came from all classes. Now in political terms, the main divisions was between property-owners/tax-payers and the untaxed. The Suffrage was based on property as was the privilege to hold office. The difference between America and England was the much wider suffrage in America, especially in New England. Still universal suffrage, nationwide, did not come until the 1840s, a choice made by the states as stipulated in the Constitution.
