President Barack Obama has signed an executive order directing the federal government to design a new strategy for hiring, promoting and keeping workers of diverse backgrounds. The three-page order released Thursday directs the head of the Office of Personnel Management, a deputy director at the Office of Management and Budget and two other agencies to develop the strategy within 90 days. Agencies then have 120 days to implement it. An Office of Personnel Management report says that in fiscal year 2010, the federal workforce was 66.2 percent white, 17.7 percent black, 8 percent Hispanic, 5.6 percent Asian/Pacific Islander, 1.8 percent Native American. It was 56.1 percent male.

Lying as usual. Every government office I have seen has hardly any white people. He knows that.
Somehow I have a feeling this plan for diversification doesn’t involve any layoffs, but lots more hiring of people to do no work other than the filling of quotas.

Russell Means, in one of his more lucid moments, said that he objects to the term Native American as designating a special interest group. Anyone born here in the US is a Native American.
Go to the Atlanta airport. Walking thru two terminals I did not see a single non-black working anywhere except the airlines.
Aint that the truth. Wait untill the feds let the blacks in on the secret. Blacks will only get 12% of jobs while illegals and their spawn get over 30%
By diverse, Obama means non-White. If the work force in a given area were all Black, it would be considered 100 percent diverse.

I demand that at least 50% of the Federal workforce be ABOVE average intelligence!
That may not be possible right away, given the type of people who seek Federal jobs, but it is a worthy goal nonetheless.

This quota stuff should go before the Supreme Court. We have equal protection under the law in this country. No man or woman should be first in line for a job because of their skin color. Every color has a civil right to those jobs based on their skill level - their inside.
Diversity is just a liberal code word for non-whites. Ever hear anyone say Detroit wasn’t diverse enough.
Suddenly an urgent 90 day plan to diversify the workforce, 2 1/2 years into his term. In other words, they were going down their interest group lists for 2012 - making sure everyone got something - and black leaders were still unhappy.
Fun Fact: The federal civil service was integrated at the beginning of the last century, until a new President came in and reimposed segregation.
