Obviously not a child that young, and in a stroller that can roll all around, but that thought came immediately to my mind too. It’s too bad many areas have banned riding in the bed of a truck. I have great memories of my entire softball team (we were probably 8 or 9) riding in the back of my dad’s truck to the DQ after games :-)

Whithout looking up the nationalities of the parties involved, I will say this sounds like rednecks from the trailer park. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think many rednecks name their kid's Keyona.

I was thinking of personal experience too. Back in the early 70s, my uncle loaded us up in the back of his pick up and took us fishing or to the movies or whatever. And sometimes he had a couple beers in him when he was driving us. People would be screaming if they saw a story like that today but back then none of us thought anything was wrong.
