Corn Field/John Deere Backdrop: How Dare We Claim Misery Tour Political?

Check out this clip [via MSNBC] from a speech President Obama gave in Illinois during his current Magical Misery Tour of the Midwest. There's PBO, in front of a corn field, the hood of a John Deere tractor peeking in from the right [imagine the poll testing--how much of the tractor should be in the shot?]
And listen as PBO's voice breaks as he proclaims how great America is and how much he loves it. And we dare claim it's a taxpayer-funded political stunt?!

Whoa, he’s rolling up his sleeves and getting serious now.
Gack. Everytime I see that man without a jacket and tie I am, well, pissed off. Most of the time it seems to be because he is our casual President, but the rest of the time it appears to be philandering.

If memory serves, didn't John Deere announce earlier this year that it would be leaving Illinois and moving to TEXAS, joining Caterpillar Tractor and other Illinois based corporations fleeing the state due to confiscatory taxation and the state's virulently anti-business attitude promulgated under the Democrats in state offices? (Phew! Run on sentence much?)

So the little jerk’s voice cracked as he proclaimed his love for America?
What? No apologizing FOR America today from The Usurper?
He must be really really worried about the embarrassing loss he’s going to have November 6, 2012.

Did you hear about the soldier serving in Afghanistan whose girlfriend left him for a tractor salesman? She wrote him a John Deere letter.

That must have been the hardest thing Bo has ever said, “I love America.”
Why is he telling us we need to send a message to Washington? I thought he was Washington? If it’s so important get it done, mister president!

Why didn’t they have him in overalls with a wheat straw hanging out of his mouth?
His handlers don’t have a clue. None of this stage-managed phoniness is convincing voters that we are in another phantom “recovery.” He just looks ridiculous.

That barn looked like the back drop from a Sesame Street show. Then I got to thinking - was it really the barn or - the whole image of Zero and the barn both looking phoney?

His hero, Ahmadinejad, never wheres a tie. Apparently there is some Shiite restriction against them.
