We do not need a RINO, moderate like Perry. That is GWB number II.

Perry if he becomes President, will destroy the Republican Party.

I am not for Obama, I just don’t want a loser on Illegal Immigration like Perry, to be our President.

Bachmann is better, maybe Palin. We will have to wait and see.

So, there is a chance that Sarah would be Rick’s VP pick?

I don't know what would a few reps that did not fold because of Sarah....would that qualify?

Or her constant backing of traditional values that made it okay for conservatives to come out of the closet again?

jla face it ur up against a proven leader and one that can instill and inspire.

Didn’t know you spoke for the entire state of Texas. When were you promoted to official spokesman?

Bachmann and Palin are both ethically corrupt.
No one is suggesting that Perry gets a pass on immigration. He will have to unambiguously state his position and what, as our next president, he intends to do, within the scope of that office's powers.
I am confident that Rick Perry will do what is not only right, but what is ethical and what is lawful.

FWIW, I don’t think Sarah will run in 2012.

Reading the Pajama Media middle earth article, I had this thought. Wouldn’t it be interesting if TODD Palin, instead of Sarah, ran for President? That would really put an interesting slant on things.

Outside of FR (which means 99.99999% of America) Palin's negatives are way too high for her to be considered as acceptable to be the proverbial heart-beat away.

Nor is she an appreciable asset to any candidate who is already in good standing with the religous right.

Alaska has 3 EC votes, so her home state brings nothing.

Her bombastic, attention-grabbing style would not fit well into a back-bench position a second time.

She would not be a wise choice.

Please. Mark Steyn and Victor Davis Hanson they aren't. I like them both, but I'm primarily interested in the opinions of people that have votes or could have prospects of votes on actual legislation these days. Beck has none, and Palin's prospects are dimming. You know what opinions are like, and everyone has one.

I have to laugh....how do career politicians become millionaires with their pay as public servants?

I guess I don’t understand ethics.
