Thanks for posting this, I did miss part of the speech. The good news is Perry can whip Buckwheat’s sorry ass. The bad news is, Perry is not what a lot of people think.
Good candidate. He would do well as President as long as he isn’t Dubya II with costly global interventionism and nation building and doesn’t rubber stamp everything from a GOP Congress [which I expect him to get]. We need an American jobs President, not another job exporting President.
He’s a game changer. Plain and simple. I think he’s very likely to be our next President.
Hardly a surprise. Perry has been a serial politician for 27 years, or most of his adult life. Running for and holding office is pretty much all he is suited to doing. The current POTUS is such a disaster than even Ron Paul is close in the polls. Perry just saw an opening, and took it. Will Republicans be dumb enough to take the bait? Let’s hope not.
I couldn’t have said it better myself. GR_Jr I think he’s as plastic as Romney.
