Obama adviser Stephanie Cutter says the White House strongly disagrees with an appeals court ruling Friday that struck down the insurance requirement at the center of a law.

Immediate, juvenile finger-pointing? I’m shocked. It’s their fault, not his.

Yes: This needs to come to the Supreme Court before Obama gets the opportunity to appoint another Commie Homosexual to it.

How wonderful that Kagan, who worked so hard to get Obamacare passed, will now rule on it. THAT is the real story here — one of another Leftist outrage left untouched.

This case is going to SCOTUS, where is will lose 5-3, because Kagan will have to recuse herself.

There’s the easy way around this.. Make health care coverage that qualifies a deduction on taxes and just raise them. This is the beast that will not die; eventually they’ll come around to this method of requirement. What we really need to do is kill this bill, and shockingly, House republicans haven’t yet done this most essential action.
Kill the bill. It’s the only way to sanity. We do not need the Supreme court finding some new right to justify federal compulsory health insurance, we need our elected congressmen to kill this bill.
