“Well, youve proved it to me, Sarah Palin should get out a rope, tie it around a limb and hang herself. Why even try?”
I was “saddled with a baby” when I was a young teenager and we were told it wouldn’t work in a million years. Well it’s worked for forty, so far, and we had two more sons and they all have sons. Never had it easy, but don’t have any dead babies on my conscience either.
“Never do whats right, always do what is easy. Words to die by.”
Damn right.

If you plant a corn field, they will come! “Our Ears are listening to America.” Good slogan, anyway. Bob

I don't know what your standard is.
He's always been pro-life
he's a proven fiscal conservative
He's ex-military
an Eagle Scout
not from the Ivy League politician mill
He's pro business
anti tax
for cutting spending
and he has executive experience as governor of the 2nd largest state in the Union
I think most voters will see these as a plus.
I think guaridsil and the TTC issues will be put to rest in the debates and people will see he has a pro growth plan for America.

SS, *I* am unwilling to throw our best candidate in the trash, just b/c the media have lied incessantly about her. Are you? Bob

Lived in Texas all my life (73 yr). Rick Perry has not been a bad gov. You will hear all kinds of tells, but they mostly are not true. He will do a good job as President.

I don’t believe the Fox News Polls anymore than I believe anybody elses polls. Fox’s fair and balanced too many times even supports Obama themselves. We won’t have a clue or even a ball park notion until real votes start coming in.
If Sarah Palin wants to throw her hat in the ring and test the waters, I suspect she will. Just like Rick Perry is about to do. We won’t know what she’s going to do until she tells us. And she certainly knows what she’s doing and what she’s willing to risk. I have every confidence she’ll make the right decision when the time comes.
I’m still going on the gut feeling that since she’s not attending this weekend’s event like she’s done all three years, when she knows Perry will be announcing there, and she opted out to speak at the Iowa Tea Party Sept. 3 instead, I think she’s going to come out romping and stomping with Rick Perry support. It’s just my guess as I know for fact that those two are talking.

Are you saying he doesn't have the haircut of an honest man? LOL.
I actually understand exactly where you are coming from and that's why he will win.
Voters always know the best candidate is actually themselves. Since they are not running, they find one they like or project themselves onto their candidate and dismiss their faults. Like Obama voters do.

WHOOP-DEE-DO! A NEW SPAMMING POLL FOR YOU, Polybius!
FYI! More than anyone, Sarah Palin is aware of her negatives, and she is above all else, a God loving Christian conservative, home grown American patiot, who knows election 2012 *must be won* by a TEA Party Republican. I'm certain she remains in serious prayer about her decision, but until she runs, she will not be able to improve on her negatives!
My prayers continue for Governor Palin to run!
God bless and keep her and her precious family and God bless all of her millions of supporters, awaiting her announcement.
We're ready with our money and we'll work out hearts out for her election, you betcha!
GAME ON!

I’m not looking for a magic elixir, I am knowledgeable of how politics works, and how it worked for Reagan when we all knew that he couldn’t win, I have seen that story play out over and over.
If you want to see an electoral disaster, then support the frontrunner Mitt Romney.

It may eventually come to that, but I doubt that Gov Palin would place her credibility on the line for a presidential candidate not more completely vetted.
