I listened for awhile. The videos on the site (Russia Today?) were all blaming a lack of government services. Boredom. Right, so unless you keep the youth busy they will riot and tear things up. There’s a great scene in an old movie about the 1906 San Francisco earthquake that shows a body propped up with a sign on it that says “Looter”. Kind of discourages the others.
