I listened for awhile. The videos on the site (Russia Today?) were all blaming a lack of government services. Boredom. Right, so unless you keep the youth busy they will riot and tear things up. Sheesh. OK, put them on work crews breaking rocks. At the end of the day they will be too tired to break destroy things I suppose.
Remember, Russia Today is Putin’s personal propaganda broadcasting service to the West.
