Writing looks suspiciously like she is bowing out of this election cycle: which would be my second greatest fear.
My greatest is the inside-the-Beltway GOP nominating another RINO who's "paid his dues" and getting Obama re-elected.

I certainly agree. But having well-written essays like this one in her back pocket when she does announce (and she had better!) add to her resume and make it harder to silence her with the typical liberal claims of "lightweight," etc.
Nah, she’s just putting things in writing to stem the tide of the nay-sayers who would claim that she has no ideas or plans. She can point to what she’s written over the last couple of years to show that she has, in fact, been thinking about these issues for quite a while.
