I took Murfie to the neighbor's swimming pool. I stayed in for quite some time to cool off. They are at their son's wedding, but he said to use it any time.

She got in for a few seconds and got back out. We gave her a shave last weekend, so she is nice and cool. She is looking for the cats now.

OMG!!! It's so hot!!! I grew up without AC, but this has been the hottest Summer in Tulsa history. It's 9:28 p.m. and it's still 103 degrees.

I remember Joe Seneca's comment when he and Ralph Macchio were rousted and mistreated after being caught sleeping in a barn. The mistreatment came from a black Southern cop, not a white Southern cop.
