Go ahead and click on the link and read it. Make a habit of it, too. It’s liberating to discuss stories that you’ve actually read.It's also "liberating" to stand up and concede the obvious: it should always be made clear that an excerpt is an excerpt, and/or where it came from, regardless of whether the passage is included somewhere in the article. It doesn't take a whole lot of time or energy to, at the very least, include the words "From the article:". It is LAZY and inconsiderate not to do so.
