Former GOP presidential candidate Sen. John McCain, who this week referred to Tea Party lawmakers as "hobbits," publicly criticized Pennsylvania's Pat Toomey Sunday during an unusual unscripted debate on the Senate floor.
McCain, who appeared to be having a great 'ol time during a back and forth with Democrat Majority Whip Sen. Dick Durbin, referred to Toomey and those who share his views as "terrible."
(snip)
"...the terrible obstructionists on this side of the aisle, the terrible people, their flawed philosophical views about the future of America..."

Rot in Hell McCain!
No, hb, there’s nothing wrong with McCain.
This is his unvarnished, Manchurian Candidate self.
This is who he is.
And he fooled the folks in AZ AGAIN with the old, I’m a conservative, send me back to DC trick.
A recall in AZ needs 380,000 signatures.
Arizona, get busy. America’s future depends on it.
Amen, brother, to that comment.
When he hugged his tormentor in DC in 1992,I knew he had been turned.
That evil NV colonel killed many American heroes, and McCain hugged him. I would have socked him, not hugged him.
McCain has been a cancer on the Senate for decades.
No one will ever be able to convince me that he did not throw the entire 2008 campaign in favor of Obama. He never should have been the GOP nominee to begin with.
Yep, i think you nailed it. Thanks for reminding about his long history of betrayals. A rat reverts to form and if the pubbies allow him into any of their meetings, they are nuts. But then, looking at this budget plan, i repeat myself.
McLame, seriously...natural causes
Sorry, I’ll never forget it. I think of her every time I see these headlines.
I live in AZ. The tea party people did not vote for him in primary, but JD Hayworth was not a very good candidate. I like him personally, but he just didn’t do well as a campaigner.
He not up again until 2016.
I deeply regret even having voted for that senile RINO. I’ll tell you one thing, if the GOP EVER puts a candidate on the ballot like him again, I will write in one rather than cast a vote for their pick. They can take that to the bank!
He got his ass kicked by the biggest fraud and worst Pres__ent in history, yet he has the gall to say these things. Look in the mirror, you loser. No wonder we had to hold our noses when we pulled the lever for you.
Tammy Bruce, who is on FIRE for SP, will be hosting for Ingraham part of next week (or so I’ve read).
OK. I have posted on this subject numerous times. In a nutshell, had Governor Palin not supported Senator McCain after he launched her National Political Career, she would have been evisorated by both Parties and every Media outlet including Fox News for being a back stabbing bit@h.
That being said, if you think that Sarah Palin’s one McCain Campaign appearance and her positive comments for the guy who brung her to the dance offset the fact that Hayworth was a weak Candidate who couldn’t raise the money needed for a serious Primary challenge, you are mistaken.
Hayworth had his own issues as a Candidate, and blaming Governor Palin for his failure is not supported by the facts.
Wife and I are two.
Wow, strong words, McRINO. Too bad you never give “your respected colleagues on the other side of the aisle” a similar tongue-lashing. Wonder why not?
He certainly should apologize.
McCain is just reprising his “Maverick” role, I guess because he’s jones-ing for the love of the liberal Democrat newsrooms again. The guy is shameless. That said, I lost interest in Toomey when he proclaimed in January that he supported the sodomization of the US military. That’s a non-starter, and so I’m done with him.
How do you tell it from his ass? Oh, that's right, the stuff that comes from his mouth is more toxic.
If this proves anything it’s that McCain is part of the
“In on it crowd”. The communist democrats agenda is to
force us into western european socialism and eventually
full communism. McCain is a turncoat traitor who was brainwashed when he was a POW. And he’s in on it.
