SO I was chatting with Chris Coons, the new Democratic senator from Delaware who had a rare win over the Tea Party when he beat loony Christine Ive Dabbled in Witchcraft but I Am Not a Witch ODonnell in the midterms....
[Lots more garbage]
Money quote:
Democratic lawmakers worry that the Tea Party freshmen have already neutered the president, as one told me. They fret that Obama is an inept negotiator. They worry that he should have been out in the country selling a concrete plan, rather than once more kowtowing to Republicans and, as with the stimulus plan, health care and Libya, leading from behind.
As one Democratic senator complained: The president veers between talking like a peevish professor and a scolding parent. (Not to mention a jilted lover.) Another moaned: We are watching him turn into Jimmy Carter right before our eyes.

Thanks for supplying the rest of that quote. I know that man was wicked and our enemy, but that is one snappy remark he made. And indeed it proved more true than he could have imagined, I’m sure.

A guy who calls FDR a conservative is not liberal enough for them?
We win the debate but the bill is horrible
Ryan debate up next. No doubt it won't get as many cuts as some conservatives want, either, but it too will lead us further along.
He is her most intimate fantasy....and if he disappears off the scene she'll fall apart like she reportedly did when Michael Douglas gave her das boot.
