A mob of unruly teens last night once again wreaked havoc on Center City, assaulting and robbing random pedestrians.
About 9:15 p.m., police began to receive 9-1-1 calls about a group of 20 to 40 teens assaulting people. Police found a man on the ground bleeding badly from the head at Walnut and Juniper streets. He was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Brian Mishico, who was working the door at Good Dog Bar and Restaurant on 15th Street near Locust, said a crowd of about 30 kids, some who looked as young as 12, split into two groups as they walked down 15th Street.

For those who don’t know Philly, this is one of the few good parts of town. It is where you go to dinner and shop with the family. At least that was the case when I lived there from ‘97 to ‘01, though I haven’t been back since.
The 'burn-the-city-down' riots will begin when someone shoots & kills one of these uncivilized thugs.
Some young kid is going to get killed and then they will have an excuse for a race riot.

All the cities near me are Right to Carry. This crap might fly in Philly but here in Texas that many Amish threatening the public safety is known as a Target Rich Environment.
Seems ripe for a sting, no? Set up a phony shoe store. Maybe one that sells basketball shoes, french fries and gold chains. Send out a text message to a bunch of likely punk perps giving the time and place. Have riot police waiting in the wings with heavy truncheons in hand (it’s not worth the bother if you don’t make an example of them).
