And I am fading fast — kid #3 had a sleepover last night and they didn’t sleep very much! LOL Had to go quieten them down at 2:45 am. She was no worse for wear, but I’m pooped! LOL
I have 4 duaghters, so naturally, I have a new grandaughter, Kaliahnna victoria, forget the weight, but oretty big, high7’s.
She’s already been given her first fishing pole

WARNING: Boiling cayenne peppers in vinegar sends up a cloud of steam that is akin to being hit full in the face with pepper spray. My kitchen was a gas chamber! I looked like those jarheads on the Discovery Channel doing USMC Recon training, “Surviving The Cut”. They march those poor boys 5 miles through tear gas without masks. They are all crying and streaming snot, choking, sneezing, coughing, gagging, spitting and hocking up gobs of mucus. The same thing happened to ME! I didn’t know there was that much snot in the human body! I was so discombobulated that I capped the second round of cayennes without gloves - I figured my “farmer hands” are rough and tough and could handle a few peppers. By the time my cuticles started tingling it was too late! Ow, Ow, Ow! It feel like my finger nails had been ripped off and as if I plunged my hands into boiling water. It ached to the bone and my skin was raw (not to mention my nose and bloodshot eyes)! The canning session turned out great though (but the price was heavy). I’ve learned my lesson, but already I have another busshle of Cayennes. There is no way I’ll be canning the Habinaros or Savines without an isolation suit and a Mark IV gas mask! Capsaicin is not to be messed with!
