U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan's open defiance of Speaker John Boehner's efforts to solve the debt-ceiling crisis could cost the Urbana Republican his safe seat in next year's election.
Two Republican sources deeply involved in configuring new Ohio congressional districts confirmed to The Dispatch today that Jordan's disloyalty to Boehner has put him in jeopardy of being zeroed out of a district.

If that’s true, then I retract my 18. While I still think it fits, I should let it go here. I don’t want to trash Boehner on a CBS-like, not proven but none the less true charge.
“Here’s what Boehner is good at.”
Then he let that Sewer Hag,stand there for like an Hour telling Lies, What a Plastic man and coward!
Yeah, makes too much sense.
Local talk show host in Nashville (I live just south) talked to legislature members a few years ago when we were having income tax protest (we killed the idea).
He asked them, “why don’t you just budget expenses for what you exactly took in last year and if its coming in less, cut quarterly?” He said they looked at him like he had three heads.
“It’s just not done that way” was their response. That’s it? Really? Those are normally famous last words.
So they “project” revenues and spend accordingly like they are some sort of psychics. And, of course, when they don’t get what was “projected” they scream for more taxes or they’ll “cut police, teachers, firefighters”, blah blah blah.
What’s never reported is that even when they are below projected revenue they’re always ahead of the same time last year.
He’s not capable of playing hardball with the rats.....
Damn...
Just curious, what did you use as your keywords? I searched payback, congressman, and disloyalty and came up with no previous posting.
“...the crying alcoholic...”
It is amazing, but I don’t think I’ve seen a picture of him, even in “friendly” media, where he doesn’t look like he is in or near tears(I think he’s chronically depressed, but I’m not a doctor and don’t play one on TV). Bad, bad image, and the GOP ought to realize this. TP is right on with their comment the other day about him needing to go, he’s nothing but a modern day Bob Michel.

Erick doesn’t mention OH liberals, but I wouldn’t be surprised at their involvement.
People use all kinds of keywords. Do a search on the article title.
“they are some sort of psychics”
I think psychotics is much more accurate.
I didn't see a posting of this and Rush also mentioned this on his show.
