A shocking video has been released allegedly showing police officers tasering and beating a homeless man to death who they claim was resisting arrest. Though the video is not clear, eye witnesses say the homeless man - Kelly Thomas, 37 - was unable to put up any resistance and was lying on the ground on his front when the attack took place on July 5. His screams and cries for his father can be heard amid the tasering noises.
Graphic photo at link.
Not to mention that the poor guy weighed 135 lbs.
I'm presuming they build those street rubbish bins so that a short person can use them
please send it along if you happen across it again and you remember. Thanks
Get serious, most people cannot even stand on their feet without help if theyve had much PCP. Its a trank that is given to horses, mules, and elephants.
And has a paradoxical effect in some humans where they become superstrong and blindly psychotic.
Also a new drug called Bath Salts causes similar effects.
It is being recommended in some ERs to use Anesthesia to put Bath Salt users out.

This was a savage beating - six cops on one unarmed man.
I don’t care what kind of “resistance” there might have been. Thuggery such as this is completely unjustified.

John and Ken on KFI 640 AM in L.A. are devoting this hour to the story. They posted video and photos on their site but it mysteriously crashed. Hopefully it will be back up soon.

They’re also talking about the police union “threatening” witnesses. That’s the word they used.
I emailed the DA about just such activity by what I presume are Fullerton rank and file on the OC Registers website.

At least two of the witnesses depicted in the video appear to be residents of a federally subsidized SRO (single room occupancy) apartment complex located one block from the crime scene.

STUDLEE, We actually interviewed Mark Turgeon and quoted him in one of the first articles we wrote about the incident. I also mentionned in this article and a previous article that Ron Thomas was an OC Sheriff’s deputy. I do appreciate you reading the article and I think Friends of Fullerton’s Future is wonderful blog.

What you neglected to mention about Mr. Turgeons past was numerous convictions including 2 for resisting arrest. Think he might have animosity towards law enforcement?
Since none of this has been reported in any of the articles I have read I don’t no where the posters are getting this information unless they profiled the witnesses in NCIC.
He often mentioned to me that they know many of their patients should be housed in mental health facilities, but the law does not permit it without the patients permission.
He lost one of his patients to Jeffery Damier.
So how do unarmed health care workers manage to do what these police officers couldn't?
Is it legal to do that?
So did I and do I.
They have on their website now that the FBI (these are the gun runners for the Mexican cartels) is investigating the murder. I feel heart broken for him and his family. He had a son, too. And his poor, suffering father.
Will do. I will be watching out for it for you.
Listen fool, I’ve had friends killed by PCP in the ‘60s.
Its a powerful adrenal inhibitor that leaves the body effectively paralysed, and can actually stop tyhe heart. Even a miniscule dose can be fatal to humans, especially if they’rew small or thin, and have no fat to dampen the effect.
I just hope the DA handles this right. I would also like to know more about the alleged intimidation of witnesses by the police union.
They need to turn this thing upside down and inside out and get the whole truth.
