Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), chair of the Democratic National Committee, said Wednesday that House Republicans are trying to impose dictatorship through their tactics in the debt-ceiling negotiations. She said the GOP rhetoric could spark panic and chaos, which she called potentially devastating to the economy.
The chair telephoned POLITICO to express significant disappointment in where Republicans have allowed this debate to degenerate.
Arent we at the point where the closer we get to chaos, the more concern that there should be about coming to the table and compromising with Democrats? Wasserman Schultz asked. This is not leadership. This is almost like dictatorship. I know they want to force the outcome that
their extremists would like to impose. But they are getting ready to spark panic and chaos, and they seem to be OK with that. And its just really disappointing, and potentially devastating.

Shriller, too.
Zer0 is the DICKtater.
Stupider, mostly.
After all the times we’ve heard democrats call for Obama to do whatever he wants whether the people want it or not.
Crazier.
If the Democrats had majorities in both the Senate and the House they wouldn’t include the Republicans in anything, and they would shove their programs down the throats of those who oppose them, like they did with health care. They are truly the wannabe dictators of the US.
It would be informative to go back over the past 20 years and look at how compromising each party has been when they held majorities and didn’t have to compromise. This is the kind of information that should be used to counter the rhetoric coming from people like Wasserman-Schultz.
Holy projection Batman...
Typically a rat don’t look at what we do, but let’s blame others for what we’ve done.
Why are democrat women so hysterical?
She sounds like a complete and utter stereotype.
Another good case of projection by a Progressive with loyalties outside of the Constitiution.
IMHO
How can a minority party be a dicator, when the majority party controls the Senate and the Executive branch? It makes no sense. Is she trying to insinuate something about Hitler?
Compromise to the Democrats has always meant capitulation by the Republicans. With world economic collapse closer that they think, it is not time for compromise if that means continued reckless spending beyond our means, if it means more job crushing taxes, more job crushing regulation, and more debt for us, our children, and grandchildren, not to mention a great depression.
How the expletive deleted can this fugly expletive deleted get away with saying that the party standing in opposition to the expletive deleted democrat party, whose stated objective is to give more power to the expletive deleted state, seeks a dictatorship?
Granted the pubbies have some expletive deleted theocrats in their midst, but they’re definitely few and far between.
We truly live in Oz.
Hell yes.
This JAP is one ugly {both internal as well as external} bitch.
If I called her what I really think of her, the USS Alaska would go the way of the Titanic.
She is, however, one dyslexic cunning runt.
Beware of women with three names.
Yes, the inside of an individual is eventually going to be seen in ones countenance. She's looking more manly and loosing what femininity she had. Most liberals woman do that.
If she accuses us of creating chaos, she must want order, as in Alles in Ordnung.
