LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - When Abdulhakim Muhammad killed a soldier outside a recruiting station in Arkansas, he hoped the world would pay attention to the war he had declared on the United States. He took responsibility for the shooting, called it retaliation for U.S. military action the Middle East and claimed ties to al-Qaida. But when Muhammad goes on trial this week in Little Rock, he won't face any federal or terrorism charges. He complained he's being treated like a common criminal, with a state trial on a capital murder charge. There will be no grand stage for his political beliefs, and if convicted by the state rather than the federal government, he faces a much greater chance of execution.

And that sentence couldn't come soon enough...
Ha Ha!
Well isn't that what ya wanted?
Hang him. We’ll chat about it later. Maybe.
From Wikipedia:
"He converted to Islam in 2004 at the age of 19 at Masjid As-Salam, a Memphis mosque. He said "I've loved jihad every since I became Muslim." He became more religious, and prayed regularly at the Islamic Center of Nashville, wearing Arab-style clothing. By 2007 he was a deeply religious Muslim and jihadist, and had legally changed his name."He traveled to Yemem in 2007. His flight to Yemen departed on September 11 of that year.
While in Yemen he made contact with a "local Islamic scholar" who taught him about jihad. He also married a Yemeni woman. Staying true to his past record of being a total screw-up, he neglected to file any of the necessary paperwork to stay in Yemen or to travel in Yemen. He had also entered Yemen on a Somali passport that was discovered to be fraudulant.
As a result, he was arrested at a roadside checkpoint in Yemen in November 2008, two months after his marriage. He then spent more than two months in a Yemeni prison; during this prison stay he decided to wage jihad on America. Go figure.
He was sprung from prison in Yemen as a result of government-to-government pressure from the United States (this would have been during the Bush 43 Presidency). He returned to the United States on 29 January 2008. He attacked the two recruiters on 1 June 2009. Both his targets had been out of basic training about two weeks on the day they were shot. One was killed, the other seriously wounded.
The father of the dead soldier was quoted as having said: "They weren't on the battlefield; but apparently, the battlefield's here."
I remember seeing that traitor bitch Muslim woman in front of the recruiting station later preaching and waiving a filthy qran to the traffic going by. Everyone there too cowared by political correctness to not kick her ass into a passing truck! My blood boils to this day.
