Rupert Murdoch is the left, and so is his son. He saw an opportunity in the cable news market 15 years ago and it paid off. That's the extent of his loyalty to the political right.
More people watch his right-bashing gay propaganda tool "Glee" every week than FNC's entire lineup combined. Ditto for "Family Guy".
I couldn't care less what happens to the guy or his empire.
Guilty! Please get that face off of the tabloids.
Actually, yes you can "hack" a phone system, so to speak, but you have to have specialized equipment, training and knowledge. The vast majority of people can't do it, but there are a few of us who work in the telecom industry which can. I won't go into detail about how you do it, for fairly obvious reasons, but it can be done by anyone with the right knowledge and equipment. I have the knowledge but don't have the equipment any more.
Okay, she might be a “butterface” at best. With the mug I have seen everyday for the last week, I’m voting Guilty.
“does anyone doubt for second that governments can, and do? For years? Regularly?...”
BINGO!!!And THAT, ladies and gentlemen...is the “crime” here...exposing this fact to the world.
On both sides of the Atlantic the radical leftist media is really pushing this story to try and ruin Fox News and the more conservative press in London.
Your missing the point. Several, different 'hacks' occurred.
-Tampering with someones voice mail and deleting such messages, to gain more information on a subject[Hacked murdered girl's voicemail, parents thought she was still alive, because of said 'hack'
-Also, they listened in to cell phones, a crime in GB
-Paying police officers for information, a crime
I love her crazy red hair.
She’s definitely not guilty in my book.
“...in the US legal.”
No it is not.
Among other laws there is the “Electronic Communications Privacy Act” which forbids intercepting cell phone calls. That law even made it illegal to sell radios (scanners) that could receive a specific band of frequencies, which were the cell phone frequencies used at the time the law was passed.
The Hacking Police? Is that like the Mattress Police?
She wasn’t doing anything more than the USA’s NSA agents using the Patriot Act to spy on the Regime’s political opponents?
Why doesn’t Holder investigate them?
Her major crime is that she is a red head.
Definitely NOT GUILTY!
And what regime would that be?
Yes, but do you think the NSA gives a shite? LOL.
They have been eaves dropping on private citizen comms ever since Obama was inaugurated.
If they are, they’ve completely twisted what the Patriot Act even is. The Patriot Act is used to monitor the satellite transmissions for INTERNATIONAL calls between domestic cell phones and suspected terrorists abroad. Using the Patriot Act to monitor domestic cell phone calls is like using RICO statutes to prosecute jaywalkers and drunk drivers.
Of course not. I have no doubt that NSA and CIA et.al. have always done whatever they want regardless of law and regardless of who is president.
Who is going to stop them or even know?
>> Did you know you cant hack a phone? tell me how?
Probably voicemail and/or texting archives.
But you are 100% correct. Who cares!! The big story should be that governments are conspiring to take down a major news outlet, but MSNBC would just tell you that “they deserve it”. I got an email from MoveOn.org Friday with one of their juvenile petitions DEMANDING that Congress investigate News Corp for “crimes” in the US.
