The Sarah Palin movie, The Undefeated will be showing at one theatre in Southern California. In fact it will be showing at one theatre in the entire state of California:
AMC Theatres - The Block 30
20 City Blvd W
Orange, CA 92868-3100
Here are the start times for Friday Sunday, July 15-17: 10:15am | 1:10pm | 4:05pm | 7:00pm | 9:55pm
I went over to the mall where the AMC Theatres are. I hadnt been there in a while, so I wanted to scope it out. If you do decide to go, there are some things to be aware of:
While I was there, I purchased tickets for my wife and me for the 1:10pm Friday showing. We live about seven miles from the theatre and were retired, so theres no excuse for me to not see it. Besides, I found the teaser trailer to be intriguing.
I dont know if it shows beyond Sunday. I also dont know if the nationwide full release is automatic, or if its dependent on the box office receipts of the limited release. I understand that it will be released to DVD. I also understand that the unedited version will also be released.
Here is a complete list of theatres showing the film:

Please ping me with any Southern California related articles. Thank you!
If you want on or off this ping list, please FReepmail me.
Yeah for Independence, MO!!!! Wish my home town was showing it but will travel over to Independence to see it.
How far do you have to drive?
I’m heading out to Arizona on Saturday but I have Friday open so I’ll try to drag my younger kid with me to one of the showings in Orange. Preferably an earlier showing so I can head back home afterward and join in the conversations about how great it was.
Can’t miss out on this because I’m kicking myself for missing the Coulter event at the Nixon Library.
About 132 miles.
I live less than 5 miles from that mall.
I’ll be there!
Wouldn't want to be anywhere withing fifty miles of this locale when the "game changer" is shown. I hope the theater is open-air with a seating capacity of one million plus. They'll need it with the avalanche (a little California humor there!) of vehicles descending upon Orange.
Disclaimer: The above is not a poke at Mrs Palin or this film. It is though a elbow into the stomach of some of her more rabid, and inane, supporters who believe this film will actually be seen by enough people to influence the 2012 race should she decide to run.
Thanks! I had checked for tickets the other day and the only showing listed for the Block was at midnight.
I’ll get tickets now for Friday, if available.
Thanks again.

How much would you think the 405 Freeway closure this weekend (Carmageddon) will affect access to this event for folks driving in from Northern CA?
Would you please put me on your SoCal ping list? Thanks!
I saw The Undefeated at the Block two weeks ago. It is moving. It’s easier to find parking and get closer to the theater if you go to the west side of the mall and park behind the theater.
Thanks so much for getting the word out.
No he is trolling, that is why he tossed out the crack and the mocking sarcasm.
I really don't know. They may need to plot an alternate route.
Thanks for the tip! :)

Just got tickets for Friday a.m., coming from Long Beach area.

Because of the paucity of north south freeways through LA, it will affect it a lot. I am sure the 5 will be horrible. I do not know which freeway would be the best bet.
