I don’t like the woman, increasingly so, not less as time goes on. Last time I checked, all Americans are free to like or dislike whomever they please, most especially politicians. I don’t go around insulting people who do like Palin. Why do her supporters insist on being insulting to those of us who don’t like her?

You and others see her as some kind of lofty heroine of the conservative movement on a par with Ronald Reagan. I see her as a shallow, self-centered attention seeker who teases about running for president, but who isn’t doing a shred of the hard work necessary to put a successful campaign organization together. The day is fast approaching when we will find out who’s viewpoint about her is the right one. If she proves me wrong, I will say so here on FR in multiple threads. On the other hand, if she proves her adoring fans wrong, well, you’ll probably just go on making excuses for her.

I agree that there’s something funny about the photo - in most photos she’s quite a bit more feminine - without such a prominent lower face.

However, age does make things sink - so who knows. She’s still gorgeous and even if she weren’t I’d still want her to be POTUS.

I wonder if he still reads these threads and rages...

I doubt it. His ego would never allow him to dirty his hands with a place that didn't appreciate his sheer brilliance and stunning intellect.

I hear he took up residence on Coulter’s board and is cultivating another PDSer flock.

Hmm. Wouldn't surprise me. He's got an itch that will practically drive him to suicide, if he doesn't scratch it.

Hey, you think we should be having this discussion in public? I think that SickofLibs character is on to our fiendish plot and if he exposes us, we might not get that hefty bonus from Soros...er, Newsweek...or whoever ;)

I have an immense deal of respect for her, but I'm not certain she's going to pull the trigger and run...

Surely, you don't believe that she'd leave the American public in the dark so long about something as important as this, do you? That would be completely out of character for her to do that. She's made of much better stuff.

What makes sense, is that she knew this question would hang over the Republican primary, and that she would have answered it quickly if she had the slightest doubt about running.

RE:"So how then if I am some kind of sleeper psychic attack dog does it financially profit an anti-Palin publication to hire me to attack PDSers who are the natural allies of said publication?"

The same way they and you are making money off this, by attacking anyone who says she is not going to run, which will be proved definitely one way or the other eventually. 'Palin for President' is great $$$$ and Newsweek with your help is going to make big $$$ off this(paying their bills.) . A coincidence I am sure.

I figure within a year you will be long gone, on your next story, another username.

No, I do not trust every poll. I do trust conservative leaning pollsters who also say that she trails significantly.

Look, I love Palin...she can’t win and it means 4 more years of Obama. My biggest goal is to get Obama out of office. If that means GOTV, donating money, time, etc, I will do that....assuming it’s not for a lost cause. She can’t win, neither can Bachmann. That’s just reality. Hopefully we don’t make such a sill mistake that we nominate someone that brings 4 more years of Obama. That could end it for this country.

Apparently your math skills are surpassed only by your brilliant powers of comprehension and deduction, Sherlock! I stand in awe of you sir! But tell them I haven’t got a check lately and I’d sure like one!

God man, do you even think before you post or is that PDS just stream of consciousness drool splashing off your keyboard?

From hill’s pic we can certainly see what lying cheating and an evil mindset can do

I used to throw baseballs at a prettier catcher's mitt.

I don't need a "call" to run across your insipid blather. You tend to show up on any thread with Palin in the title and leave your droppings.

I also don't call for back-up, like I've seen you do on countless occasions. Matter of fact, on your first post on the thread, you called your lunatic posse over here to start some crap.

Oh! Oh! Say it ain't so! I busted you again!

Geez, you're tiresome.

If the shadows are all real and not photoshopped....then where is the shadow from her nose?

Oh good grief. Not everything is some big dark conspiracy to make Sarah Palin look bad.

There are at least two light sources in that photo. One straight from in front of her and one somewhat above and over her right shoulder. It was a professional photo shoot, which means there were multiple lights of different brightnesses, a fan to help with the gentle breeze to move her hair that way, and light reflectors to fill in shadows. Can't be certain if the photo was shot in a studio with a background or outdoors. I believe the latter.

You can see the light straight in front reflected in her eyes, on her lips, and fingernails of her left hand. You can see the light approximately over her right shoulder from the shadows along the left side of her face and body contrasted with the brightness on her right.

There are correct shadows around her nose. Look closely at the right side of her nose vs. the left.

As is common with all cover photos, this one undoubtedly had the benefit of airbrushing to smooth out skin tone, eliminate wrinkles, and so on.

Minus typical airbrushing of that type, that is the way the woman looks. She is not smiling in the cover photo, but has a tight half-smile, almost a clenched jaw. The look in her eyes is not warm and smiling, but a mixture of wariness and defiance. Her facial structure is naturally square, with a broad, square jaw line. The photo is not bad, only different. Her fans are not used to seeing her this way. There is a hard quality to it, because that's what she wanted to portray about herself. Even the logo on her shirt says "edge fitness." She wanted the photo to have an edgy quality, not a soft one.

I see you made close friends fast, those that come in at exactly the RIGHT time.

You're freaking paranoid, you know that? Not too bright, either.

Oh the irony.

What irony? None explicit or implicit, accidental or deliberate. Some of her supporters do make a habit of insulting people who don't like Palin. And they frequently make excuses for her. Factual, not ironic in any way whatsoever.

What a great photo of her: she looks strong, healthy, smart, and determined. That’s the face of a candidate!

My first thought was it's Newsweek - has to be a hit piece. What is there agenda with this come on title? Is the title to get the 'independents' to buy this issue? Oh, I got it, when she announces, they'll do the horrible outrageous hit pieces and say, "Gee, we're just trying to be fair. . Didn't cha' like that one we did with her on the cover?" Watch for subliminals in the background. : )

Just passed your post on “latest posts” and thought I’d just drop in a moment... looks like you’re holding your own very well against the “regulars” who are pretty much known across FR. Never a dull moment when Palin’s around is there! HAHAHAHA

Well...it is blather, and the same o same o to be sure...kicking up the dust is their nature.

I am not the sleeper or the ‘attack dog’, that would be you.

For cryin' out loud. Is that the best you've got?

I'm telling you, I still think you're seventeen, going on twelve.

You complained about Palin supporters insulting non supporters, then you insulted Palin supporters. You did the very thing you complained about. That irony.
