She would have her own people, but I get the impression 2008 kind of turned her off of Presidential politics (and I can’t say I blame her - that entire campaign seemed miserable). My impression could be very wrong.

If Sarah would get in, she has my vote, none of those currently in the race have a chance to beat Obama, and that includes Romney, whom I don’t like

Well, I obviously think that you support the right person, even if you don't think she's going to run. That's honest, and I can respect it.

That said, hold on to your hat. I think she's going to surprise you.

If you don’t care, then why reply at all? I’m sure you cannot have forgotten so soon. “Duty to serve” ring a bell?

Me, I’m Just doing my part to ‘refudiate’ the spread of PDS and in the last month it’s gotten pretty bad around here. Simple really.

Actually I have been at this ‘politics thing’ for quite a while. I have been a Freeper since 98. And unlike many of my former journalistic compatriots, I didn’t partake in online debate of the political kind while employed at a media outlet. Helps maintain objectivity in reporting. Helps keep you employed as well. Since I am no longer burdened with that restriction, I’m free to Freep at will and PDSers are really entertaining to shoot down ;)

Problem?

I think she got burned out during the last campaign; I think she enjoys her current role as a spokeswoman for conservatives, campaigning for other candidates through her PAC, she can still impact the outcome of the nomination, etc.

Fair enough. A lot of people have made similar comments about the possibility of her running, and why they don't think she will.

Here's just one reason that I'm convinced that she will run.

Sarah Palin respects the American people and our political process far too much to lead the country on for so many months. She's incredibly smart, and knew even during the 2008 election, that many Americans were already looking at her as their pick for 2012.

She's known for a long time now, that she would have to tell the country one way or another whether she's running. She would not have waited until this late date, only to announce that she's not running - knowing that it would likely make her a pariah in the eyes of millions, for the rest of her natural life.

Trust me. She's running.

Now the PDS brigade will REALLY call us cultists! Can I get an AMEN? ;)

I knew that when I posted my reply, but I've been called a "cultist" many times by their fearless (and former) leader .. LOL

I wonder if he still reads these threads and rages...I hear he took up residence on Coulter’s board and is cultivating another PDSer flock....probably sends the unZotted here to stir crap by proxy. Dunno if that’s true, but so the story goes.

Then again’ judging by some PDSer comments lately, I think he’s still around under different aliases.

I have an immense deal of respect for her, but I'm not certain she's going to pull the trigger and run, I think she might, but I'm just not sure.

If she doesn't, I'm sure (hope) we can find someone else, I just happen to believe she is the best candidate and most equipped to take on and beat Obama.

If she stays in her current position, she will still influence American politics as one of the top few commentators for many years, and whoever she endorsed would win the nomination and beat Obama.

It's a big decision, I have no idea what personal matters and thoughts she is putting into making the decision. I can speculate, but that's all it would be.

WOW, you been a freeper since 1998 but was not motivated till 2011 (13 years later) to post your first comment here, and after a month your primary focus is to post ‘PDS’ over and over again, relating to those that say she wont run in 2012. Not just those that say she shouldnt run(which I have never done), but those that predict she wont run. Interesting...

So you worked at a media outlet?? One that makes big $$$$ posting stories that Palin is (likely) running??? Like Newsweek? You seem to be earning them a good $$$ now. And all for free??

"What on earth are you going to do with yourself if Palin steps into the race and (gasp!) wins the nomination?"

I'll vote for her, of course.

Gag!....spit!.....cough!..... did I hear you right? Wait a minute...I must have had one too many tonight. I could have sworn I heard you say that you would vote -- for Sarah Palin! LOL

Damn, I don't even do drugs, and I'm hallucinating. I must go to bed now. Too much freeping is making me see things.

Even if she's the only one who can save this country as president?

He so innocently asked, as if he were really interested in an answer.

Shut up, you ignorant troll.

That's what people who suffer greatly from PDS all say. They don't want her to run, so claim to speak for her, saying that she won't. At least you cleaned it up a bit, by saying that you don't know if she will or won't run.

What you fail to take into consideration is that should she choose to not run, she immediately loses her cashe and relevancy. Many,if not most, of her most fervid supporters won't care what she has to say and/or do,if she doesn't enter the fray and unlike you, I do believe that she knows this. Also, she may "enjoy" what she is doing now, but that is and has been, for years now, gearing up for her run for the presidency.

Just what makes you "inclined to think she won't" run ?

I see your sense of comprehension hasn’t improved. Your imagination does however seem quite active. Try reading the post again.

PDS got you down? There is a cure you know.

Look at the shadow from her glasses on the left side of the picture, the dark shadow under her neck on the right, and the dark shadow on her cheek.

If the shadows are all real and not photoshopped....then where is the shadow from her nose?
