You can go as high as 28 feet in the air and as fast as about 25 mph when you fly lower to the surface. It also flies under the water as well. It's coming up on NBC right now.
What a nice place to be on Sun morning. I am a bit slow on the uptake but once I get in gear am like my first car, a 1954 Buick Special. Drove it between college in KY and Baltimore regularly. I miss that old car.
The Gordian knot of DC politics awaits an Alexander the Great.
Anyone mention Sarah’s Saturday FB post?
“Everyone knows my early and vocal opposition to that mother of all unfunded mandates known as Obamacare starting back in August 2009, and many recall my objections to the Federal Reserves inflationary games with our currency known as QE2 from November 2010.”
“Its a matter of public record that I did not go to Harvard Law School, but I can add.”

Hey Bray!
Driving 85 is good fun, I tend to crack the throttle myself occasionally on the way to Northern Maine.
Cars got much better fuel mileage before the Einsteins on the left foisted all these EPA mandates on us via the auto industry. In their day, some full-sized sedans and pickups from the 60s could get mileage in the mid 20 MPGs.
It’s not just the ethanol, with enough electronics and computer power to outfit the Space Shuttle, you would think modern cars would be approaching 100 MPG...BUT NO!
Modern electronic ignition and fuel injection, coupled with highly efficient combustion chamber designs and valve trains can indeed crank big horsepower out of a smaller engine package, and that’s half the battle.
So despite all these technology advancements, why can’t they get better fuel efficiency?
The answer is, once again, the geniuses at the EPA have mandated “mission impossible” on the emissions. You would have thought that, years ago, having achieved virtually total-burn resulting in the combustion by-products of water and CO2, that they would have called it good.
Unfortunately (to them) they would have no more reason to exist, problem solved. Why do you think the environmentalist whackos were claiming CO2, the only remaining exhaust compound causes global warming”?
The oxygen sensor(s) located after your converter report back to the computer the latest results on exhaust gas temperature and content. So now your wallet is feeding not only your highly efficient engine, but also keeping your emission gobbling converter happy.
In other words, the car is working against itself. If the goal was simply maximizing fuel mileage, cars would be getting those incredible MPGs, and emissions be minimal simply by virtue of less fuel being consumed.
The only *crisis* in what you so aptly call the District of Corruption, is a crisis of no conscience. They looted the treasury. Fact. And now THEY are broke. WE aren’t. Yet. So they are stealing our homes, our pensions, our Social Security, you name it. Allowing the price of gas to rise out of sight so they can reap the massive federal taxes on fuel. That is the reason for your 55 miles an hour. They make money off of every gallon of gas you *waste* because of their sneaky rules.
They DO expect the American public to stay stuck on stupid while they blind us with the klieg lights shining off the smoke and mirrors they employ to keep us scared and in chaos.
They are thieves. And what is going on now is no less than a symphony of lies designed to grab even more of what is YOURS, whether it be *user* fees, your 401K, your home, or your first born. They will *negotiate* until they find a way to rob you so it doesn’t LOOK like they are robbing you until you have nothing left to steal.
Gotta admit it was a pretty awesome segment.
At the top the guy with the sunglasses was my son-in-law.
Good one, Sarah! LOL!
Oh, and will you PLEASE announce?
Just too good, words of wisdom,we are under attack from within no doubt.
Thanks Mesta.
Sarah continues to scare the pants off both sides of the aisle.
G’morning, rodguy.
Remember when the House leadership couldn’t possibly back Bachmann for their conference chair position, despite her claims that she was good at getting media coverage and getting a message out?
No, they had to go with their pal Jeb Hensarling. Just how good a job have he, Boehner, Cantor and Ryan done in getting the message out? Winning the media war with Obama? Framing any of their issues?
Lowlight this week, got hit by a pickup on my bicycle and am definitely bruised up. God was watching out for me on that.
Pray for America
I think the url you want is www.jetlev.com?
Mitch McConnel up on FOX;
“Americans don’t want this much goverment.”
“Over 60% of our budget we don’t even vote on (entitlements)”
Once again, no Chris Wallace.
Saw the segment RG and it was great. That poor girl had no athletic ability. Have you tried that jetpack?
FNS
Mitchell basically says the $4 Trillion cuts is off the table because Obama insists on massive tax increases with that proposal.
Pelosi (taped) says SS and Medicare are off the table.
Mitchell says Obama put SS and Medicare ON the table.
[Obama and the Congressional Dems are on different pages, apparently.]
Mitchell says ‘incentivizing’ is the way to grow the economy, not increasing taxes, says they are not going to raise taxes in this current economy. Tax reform is long overdue [duh!].
[It does seem Mitchell and Boehner are trying to stick to their guns — no tax increases and major cuts, for the meeting with the WH this evening.]
Mitchell: “Nobody is talking about NOT raising the debt ceiling ...”
[Wha???????????? Harbinger of a debt ceiling increase?]
Sen. Mitch McConnell, RINO has apparently caved.
He has AGREED to increase the spending limit but
“will use the opportunity to get headed
in the right direction”.
The betraying RINO then effusively thanks “the pRes_ _ent”.
Discussion now is to how much it is going up.
Will nobody stuff a sock in McConnell’s mouth. READ MY LIPS: no debt increase!
America's Ruling Class -- And the Perils of Revolution By Angelo M. Codevilla
It explains a lot.
GREAT.
You have been granted a dispensation by AB...you have followed all protocol..Move Forward!
Whaa...?
Everybody out here in the hinterlands (and on FR) is. I guess to Washingtonians, that means "nobody".
It reminds me of the time Yogi Berra was asked if he went to a certain locally famous night spot, he replied, "Oh, nobody ever goes there any more. It's too crowded!"
