if it is reuters it is wrong.
The defendant had lawyers who should have known and reportered the request.
He was here ILLEGALLY.
If you go to any country illegally you are SOL.
Vaya con Diablo
he had more than enough time to become a US citizen.
also, if he petitioned when he was 18 he would have probably got citizenship. remember when reagan had that 1986 amnesty?
And thus it would be proper for the ICJ to ask Congress to pass a bill mandating notification, and the President to sign it. But now that this lowlife is dead the problem will likely be forgotten, Congress will pass no bill, and we'll replay this the next time an illegal kills someone. It's their fault we are not in compliance with the treaty, not the fault of Texas.
Pass the law, mandate notification, mandate the use of profiling to try to determine whether notification may be necessary.
we can reverse that too:
“When an illegal alien raped and killed a little girl, He went to trial in texas was convicted and sentenced to death for the rape and murder. Obama supported the illegal alien and supported the United Nations and Mexico intervening on behalf of the convicted murdered. When the time came to stand up for a defensless little girl, Obama supported the illegal alien and foreign nations. We have a right to an AMERICAN president who speak for our nation.”
——paid for by Americans for America.........
“Nobody cares about the victims unless it advances the liberal agenda. Make this guy white British Christian and the MSM would be focusing on the poor Hispanic girl who was killed. Otherwise, her race doesn’t matter.”
Sad, but so true.
