THE LAST WORD.......

The last person seen with Caylee was her mother. Nobody sees the baby for a month during which time mom parties nonstop. Mom lies the entire time and says baby is with a sitter later found to be nonexistent. Baby is found dead with duct tape over mouth. CASEY KILLED CALEY - CASE CLOSED!

Anyone who says otherwise lacks basic reasoning skills.

Then some of them should have held out. Hung jury means a mistrial and the prosecution has another chance. I’m no legal expert, but I’m right about this, aren’t I?

One more instance of making excuses. That trial was loaded with ‘em. DISGUSTING: You jurors committed the verdict; and you can make no excuses for that.

Got away with it once, will continue as before, just like O.J. Simpson. Lucky he didn't kill again. As far as we know.

The sympathizers with the idiot jury are as disgusting as those bumpkins, and their idiotic rants about "potentially innocent" people, whatever that means, getting convicted, have never been original in the first place. Where was such choice of an innocent person getting convicted? Where? It's an old demagogic argument to defend the indefensible.

Yeah, blame it on the prosecutors.

Sorry, it's the system that failed. A murderer goes free to murder again. Why not, after all?

"It was because we were sick to our stomach to get that verdict. We were crying and not just the women. It was emotional and we weren't ready. We wanted to do it with integrity and not contribute to the sensationalism of the trial."

Good for them. It's not their fault if the prosecution was not able to make the case. They could only go with the evidence presented, not base a verdict on their emotions.

Justice will be meted out for that little girl by her Heavenly Father.

Note to jurors - may you never sleep another full night in your lives.

Note to the Anthony family - rot in hell.

So many people try to explain the specifics of why they think the jury may have been right. I could list all of the evidence and the testimonies of experts-who-have-no-ulterior-motive which prove to me, “beyond any reasonable doubt,” of this woman’s guilt. There is plenty. I won’t make this list here because it’s a waste of time. Those who have chosen to be blind couldn’t see the truth, anyway.

Disgusting.

Good for Jennifer Ford. She apparently didn’t pimp herself out to give this interview.

I paid very little attention to the story and zero attention to the actual trial so I can’t weigh in on the verdict other to say it appears to be the CSI effect. Most cases are tried circumstantially and very few have the “gotcha” that the CSI geniuses come up with week after week.

Here, on this web site, we see a lynch mob in full flower. Some here want to lynch the jurors, not just the accused.

I believe the jury acted responsibly and did their jobs to the best of their abilities. They were drafted. They did not volunteer. They followed the instructions of the judge and they found insufficient evidence to convict the defendant of murder. Even the prosecutors admitted they had a problem with insufficient evidence.

If the mob lynched Casey Anthony and the twelve members of the jury, would the little girl be brought back to life? No, but we would end a constitutional framework of justice in criminal prosecutions and declare anarchy king and openly embrace mob rule.

The next one of us accused of any crime would deserve the same vigilante justice - trials are unnecessary when you have torches and billy clubs.

Once you let slip the dogs of vengeance, borne of fury, you have embraced evil.

BULLSH!T...If you thought she was guilty but there wasn’t enough evidence there then you should have had a ‘hung jury’. That way she could have been retried after more evidence was found. By rending a ‘not guilty’ verdict on these three counts, Anthony is now protected by ‘double jeopardy’, and they can’t try her again for these crimes. This is a case of the jury waking up and realizing they screwed up royally and are trying to excuse their inept actions. Not enough evidence? What did they want, a home movie of the woman killing her child? My god, the evidence of child abuse alone was beyond reasonable doubt.

It “all” came down to cause of death?

It isn’t their job to determine exact cause of death.
Bagging/dumping/taping of the body is enough to discard accidental.
And so is lying for a month about whereabouts.

Apparently the jury believed the fairy tale about Calee drowning in the pool.

They should have asked themselves two questions before making the finding of Not Guilty.

1 - They know Casey lied about everything else in her life. Why did the jury pick that one statement to believe?

2 - If Calee drowned in the pool as Casey claimed through her lawyers, and it resulted in a family wide cover-up why did her legal team spend so much time painting the father and brother as incestuous molesters of Casey?
What would that have to do with a drowning and cover-up? Especially one where they were all supposedly cooperating?

I believe the bottom line is that the Jurors were too weak minded to deal with the stress of sorting truth from fiction and just wanted to take the quick, easy way out and get home ASAP.

I really hope they have nightmares over their abdication of responsibility,

"We all joked. We are like a big group of cousins."

Only a certifiable idiot could make a satement like that.

"We all joked."

Joked about what? About the dead baby? About how Casey would beat the system?

I have a question for those who really kept up with this case. In the beginning didn’t cindy and her husband say they had been on vacation or something for the time that caylee was missing? wasn’t that their reason for not knowing that she was missing? and if that is true, couldn’t they have verified that thus proving that the father didn’t kill the child?
