Yes, Bambi is lying down with the Taliban but it seems he is not allowing for sufficient diversity and a disgruntled faction(s) were left out of the talks and is/are making noises. This was the most heavily guarded bastion in Kabul. “Safe” as far as possible. At least 6 suicide bombers came in with a variety of disguises, police uniforms and military garb with proper ID cards. Went to multiple floors, pulled foreigners out of their rooms and killed them. Some blew themselves up in crowded lobby, body parts and carrion all over the place. Yuck. Coming to a hotel or shopping mall near you...
