Bachmann's campaign contributions hit the skids when Rollins harpooned Palin.

I was sending $50 a month to Bachmann until Rollins made that stupid remark towards Palin.

Well sure. Thats why she hired hit man Rollins. To do the dirty work. Kinda like Perrys big business campaign donors throwing a wrench in the sanctuary cities bill. That way Rino Rick dosent look like the bad guy. Typical politics. Just what we need in the White House.

It does no good (in my mind) to now come out and 'say' "we are friends" and that there's never been a cross word between them.

Too late imo. Bachmann's heart and true intent surfaced the day she hired Rollins and refused to 'set the record straight'.

Barring that incident, Bachmann will not be an effective president. She is in over her head. She's nothing but a legislator and an attorney. Frankly, we've had enough of those.

We need someone on the side of the American People. Palin is it bar none.

Where WAS the public apology to Gov. Palin, Ms. Bachmann?

Well “cross words” doesn’t mean you don’t like or respect each other. If there ain’t some “cross words”, in my mind, you ain’t tryin’ hard enough.

Is it my women’s intuition or am I being overly critical? I interpreted MB’s comment “...and I only wish her well in what she’s doing right now.” to mean: Just keep doing what you’re doing, Sarah, but stay outta the Prez race!

Did the interviewer ask the obvious follow up question?

Something is missing here folks! I say BS to MB,pardon my French.

This whole blowup with Chris Wallace over the weekend? Chris has said worse of Gov Palin and never felt the need to apologize. True he was kind to Gov Palin a few weeks ago, but prior to that, he was asking people (with a smurk on his face) if Palin was qualified to be President...saying that all she cares about is making money.

AT ANY RATE...MB says it was not right to suggest that any candidate is not a serious person, as Wallace sort of suggested to MB. OK THEN, WHY HAVE YOU NOT APOLOGIZED,AND APOLOGIZED PUBLICLY TO GOV PALIN FOR ED ROLLINS REPEATED COMMENTS???

With friends like Bachmann, Sarah does not need enemies

What I see here are a few dozen comments vehemently attacking Bachmann, all from wishful thinkers with no idea if their dream girl is running or not. All this because someone dared describe non-candidate Sarah Palin "unserious" as a candidate!

It's pathetic.

If Palin endorsed Bachmann your heads would explode.

Why not do something useful like figure out the facts of the Bachmann farm subsides/income/etc. story because the press and her campaign are not helping sort it out.

I have a wrong feeling in my gut about MB. Kinda like after eating something undercooked.

I don't doubt Michele will be nice to Palin. That's Ed Rollin's job to attack from the shadows like the snake that he is.

Anything that thinks Michelle Bachmann is going to be elected President, you’re living in La-La-Land.

In a general election against Obama, the vast majority of voters will perceive Bachmann as the extremist, not Obama. Of course you’re free to vote for whomever you please; but for better or worse so is the rest of America.

“and I only wish her well in what she’s doing right now”

That’s funny! Right now Palin’s not a candidate.

There are those on FR who like and respect Sarah Palin. I'm one of them.

Then there are those who have gone totally over the edge in their monomanical adoration.

The key indicator that you're a member of the second group is that you view every person in American life through a one colored filter:

How They Treatin' Our Sarah????

Nothing else they do or say is worth spit if they do even the slightest thing which fails to boost Palin.

Scott Rasmussen runs a poll which does not include her? Outcast! Unclean!
Michele Bachmann's campaign staffer mildly disses Sarah? RINO! Mittlicker!
Charles Krauthammer fails to genuflect on the Fox News panel? Elitist! Traitor!
Brit Hume reminds his audience that Palin shouldn't be considered a candidate until she, you know, announces? Moderate!! Appeaser!!

These people and all the rest of our conservative political and pundit classes don't wake up every morning thinking "how can I help destroy Palin today?" some Freepers' fantasies to the contrary.

Sarah Palin has a great life story, and I love the way she pisses off all the people I love to see pissed off. In the final analysis she's a politician though, and no politician is above criticism.

What the hell is with Bachmann having the nerve to claim never a cross word between them? She really thinks she can just let it all blow over the fact she sent her campaign man to run his mouth on why Palin was no good and Bachmann is it which relyed on nasty attacks on Palin that were not friendly at all. He’s still her guy and she kept quiet. I have lost all respect for her. Stay in the House, Michelle.
